White House press secretary Jay Carney admitted Monday that people who sign up for Obamacare over the phone and in person with paper applications will still have to have their information entered onto healthcare.gov, the website that has been plagued with technical problems since its rollout on Oct. 1.
The whole point is that CMS is processing paper applications through healthcare.gov, but it bypasses the need to create an account, and creating an account is what led to the bulk of issues for users in the initial days, Carney said in response to questioning from ABC News Jonathan Karl, who asked about a series of internal Obama administration memos which showed that enrollment by phone and paper were stuck in the same queue.

lol. SO no matter how you do it, it depends on a broken website
They want your info, plain as that...
I believe on the phone conversation Hannity had with one of the navigators about two weeks ago, he was told that he had to have an account already set up before they could take an application. Might as well just send your money straight to that Nigerian Prince.

Did I dream or hallucinate that?

They want to facilitate identity fraud, ya think?

“...Do they set up an account with the passwords for you?...”

Yeah, and what about my security questions?
...the name of my favorite pet?

Well, well - from a civil liberties perspective, you get to check in with the government at least once a year and update your “Navigator” with all your most sensitive private and personal medical and financial information.
That penalty is looking less and less like a penalty every day.
So, you call up on the phone and give ALL your private information to some minimum wage hack loser to then enter into the computerized website. What does that minimum wage hack loser then do with the PAPER that they took the information down on? Shred it? Burn it? E-Mail it to Nigeria or Bulgaria or Baluchistan?....................
Whichever path one takes, one ends up at the house of the wicked witch.
You wants the healthcare? I gots you healthcare!......
lol
very easy for ID theft
