Google executive chairman Eric Schmidt called reports of the U.S. government spying on the company's data centers "outrageous" and if proven true, potentially illegal.

"It's really outrageous that the National Security Agency (NSA) was looking between the Google data centers, if that's true," Schmidt told The Wall Street Journal. "The steps that the organization was willing to do without good judgment to pursue its mission and potentially violate people's privacy, it's not OK."

According to Schmidt, Google has registered complaints against President Obama, the NSA and members of Congress.

I can’t believe the U.S. has not collapsed Soviet Union style. This is like a bad Superman movie where the good guys never prevail.

Captain Renault is not only shocked that gambling is happening at Rick's place, he is also shocked by his own casino he built next door.

Wow. The company that cuddled up to the ChiComs to allow spying on their own people and disallow access to net sites that the government disapproves of.

And NOW they have a problem with spying?

Next they will admit that they contributed to the campaign of and still love Barry 0'Cades' (The MESSIAH) !

Oh, wait...

It's been known for a while now that Google, Apple, AOL and others have been partnering with the NSA, with full data feeds built straight to the NSA.

All for show!

Pot. Kettle. Black.

The NSA has a PRISM on every thing that goes into or out of Google, and Google is aware of it.

Sickeningly laughable denial —they were up to their freaking EYEBALLS in all this.

1. When a person says, “its not about the money” you can be sure its ALLLLL about the money.

2. When a company adopts the motto “don’t be evil”.you can be 100% sure the CEO is the freaking devil and his hobby is twisting the heads off puppies.

"NSA conducts all of its activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies—and assertions to the contrary do a grave disservice to the nation, its allies and partners, and the men and women who make up the National Security Agency," the NSA said in a statement last week.

Our allies?

Our allies must be recoiling after reading this.

If the NSA and other national security agencies are so damn concerned with national security and our homeland, why did they stand by in total complete silence for the past 30 years and watch their bosses wink and nod as a conga-line of tens of millions entered this country illegally from God knows where?

"Eric Schmidt called reports of the U.S. government spying on the company's data centers 'outrageous'"

Laughable hypocrisy from a professional inside-the-beltaway operator.

Google wants to make global surveillance a private for-profit enterprise with a Leftist agenda, instead of something that is done with lawful bipartisan oversight, and (properly) by court order only.
