Too smart to be President. Is that really Barack Obama's problem? Mika Brzezinski thinks so.
On today's Morning Joe, as Mike Barnicle and John Heilemann kicked around the notion, as others have before, that President Obama doesn't much like politics and the people in it, Brzezinski piped up with a different explanation for his aloofness: he's "too smart for the job," she suggested.

I’ve never watched the show, so forgive me for asking... But does Mika just make “hit and run” comments like that? Is she ever asked to explain, in detail, some of the asinine comments she makes? Just curious...

I don’t watch either. But my response to your question would be “asked by who?”. These people live and work with like-minded fellow drones. It is not as if there were someone around them or in their personal lives who ever ask critical questions or ask them to actually think about why they believe certain things.
I see Obama as a complete idiot on all fronts with the exception he can deliver a tele-prompted speech quite well even though there’s usually never any substance behind it. When there is substance it’s all lies.
Remove the teleprompter, let him speak off the cuff and as Ann Coutler says, he’s a retard.
