Poll: Sarvis hurting Cuccinelli’s chances, women support McAuliffe

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WTVR) – A new poll put Democrat Terry McAuliffe seven points ahead of Republican Ken Cuccinelli in the race for Virginia governor. The Wason Center for Public Policy at Christopher Newport University poll has McAuliffe with a 45 – 38 percent lead over Cuccinelli.

The poll gives Libertarian candidate Robert Sarvis 10 percent of the vote. More than two-thirds of those who said they were voting for Sarvis called their vote a protest vote against the “major-party candidates.”

[Snip]

“Sarvis is particularly shaving the Republican vote: 37 percent of his voters say they would have voted for Cuccinelli if Sarvis were not on the ballot, compared with 17 percent who would have voted for McAuliffe,” Wason Center for Public Policy Director Dr. Quentin Kidd said in a statement. “The Sarvis voters don’t like either Cuccinelli or McAuliffe, but they look like a net loss for Cuccinelli. The fact that Sarvis continues to poll around 10 percent, coupled with the fact that his supporters are becoming as firm in their decision as the McAuliffe and Cuccinelli voters, suggests that he’s not going to fade.”

Women have suffered long enough in this country. Let’s end Woman’s Suffrage today.

“Libertarians, as I understand them, want to legalize pot.”

Then you don’t understand them.

Reminds me of when I suckered myself into voting for Perot because I couldn’t stand Bush and never dreamed Clinton would win - I was dumb & wanted to “Make a Statement” about my lousy choices. Perot had to know he wasn’t going to win - did he realize what he was doing by making Clinton a shoe-in? Is Perot part of the Globalist NWO?

I am noticing that Mcawfuls totals are staying within a 3% range around 43% whiile Cooch’s is all over the palce like ina 6 point range. It seems to me that they do not want to go to Mcawful but cant really decide where they want to go. My guess is they will break for cooch. But, that may or may not be enough.

“Why are women so stupid?”

This is why I have proposed my Constitutional Amendment which would stagger male and female voting. Every 4 years only males or females could vote for the office of President.

At least the guys would have a chance once every 8 years.

With the way things are going the young, single, dependent, low information female vote will be the ruin of the nation.

Why are women so stupid

Women are not stupid. It turns out that they like free stuff and they have discovered that government is a much more reliable source for what they want than a husband. Most social issues embraced by Democrats are heavily favored by women. Men, they don't need no stinkin' men - they've got the Democrats.

The really stupid ones are the men who still vote for Democrats. Go try to explain that one.

America has ALWAYS been a 2 party country.

Sarvis is a stalking horse for the Dems and only an idiot would waste a vote on him.

“We’ll find out that Sarvis is being paid by Hillary after Tuesday.”

More likely, Soros.

Hillary is too cheap. Won’t even pay the bills for her own campaigns.

‘This is also about the Republican brand being completely in the toilet. Republican is no longer synonymous with limited government, low taxes, and personal responsibility. ‘
Yup.
Apart from invective, what issues or policies or opinions, or philosophy make Mr.Cuccinelli a conservative running as a Republican? The people who wave the floppy wet cardboard signs saying ‘Vote Republican’ or ‘Vote Dole’ or ‘Read my lips, no new taxes’, or ‘Vote McCain’, or ‘Vote Romney, or ‘Vote to Extend Obamacare Funding One More Time’, are the ones helping Mr. Obama and whoever his evil backers are.
The operative decision is whether or not to vote for Mr. Cuccinelli, based on his record, experience, philosophy, and position on the issues.
Asking for a persons vote and offering Mainstream Republican candidates like Dole, McCain, Romney, Crist, Christie, Weiker and other favorites of the Liberal Mainstream Republicans, will only lead to another, and greater, failure at the ballot box.

One could say Nader but GW Bush over the top with <48% against Gore. Gore would present plenty of problems on his own. But W started us down the road of Iraq - Afghanistan - ?? Thousands of lives including 4500 US military. Trillions of dollars. It’s been going on both ways. Should we limit elections to 2 parties only?

It is my belief that Perot never intended to win, and when it looked for a short while that he might, he intentionally destroyed his whole campaign with the suspension.

Perot had to know he wasn’t going to win - did he realize what he was doing by making Clinton a shoe-in? Is Perot part of the Globalist NWO?

Perot hated Bush so much that he was willing to throw millions of his own dollars away. He may have thought his business successes made him a better choice than "government boy" HW Bush. And who knows?
Successful business leaders like Perot or Romney don't seem to do well where political intrigue and media and public relations are more valuable than proven business success.

Don’t get me wrong - I liked Perot and his business acumen, and didn’t worry that much because even back then the Federal Govt. didn’t have much impact on my life as it should be. Bubba & the Hill were all about impacting my life, so that’s when I really started paying attention to harsh actions & pretty words not meshing.

Clinton and the Bushes are on the same side working for the NWO and anti-sovereignty. Clinton wasn’t going to lose because he was anointed long ago just like Barry Soetoro. His lousy character is what makes him so attractive to the Satan team.

Yup, Perot was the spoiler...but why? He said all the right things to attract my attention. He has been very quiet, and nothing has gotten better - just more wars and chaos - more debt enslavement. What has he got to lose if he is still on America’s side? Is he being intimidated into keeping his mouth shut? We know that people are being assassinated who get in the way.
