Replace it with what?Medmal (tort) reform, Medicaid/medicare reform. It's either that or 'single payer'. We are stuck with making some tough decisions.

40% don’t know why it happened; that statist solutions are doomed by incontrovertible economic laws.

I don't know what incontrovertible means (is that a type of open top car?), but President 0bama said he was going to repeal those laws, and he's the President. He can do anything he wants.

/ voice of that moronic 40%

The Texas model already showed success in 30% cheaper premiums, 30% reduced actual costs, and an influx of doctors.

It’s easy:
Tax free HSAs,
Tax free catastropic health insurance premiums,
Tort reform,
interstate insurance competition.

Well actually the Republicans had several good ideas both the democrats and media (well, they’re actually the same!) completely ignored.

One was allowing insurance to be sold across state boundaries. This would allow the marketplace to be used to its full potential and ensure the costs could be shared across far more subscribers.

How about the Republican idea of making health insurance completely portable so workers can take their plans with them from job to job. This means giving individuals who buy coverage for themselves a tax advantage similar to the one that employers enjoy when they cover employees.

How about reining in frivolous, expensive lawsuits that keep doctors performing hundreds of unnecessary tests to keep lawsuits away? Tort reform would go a long way to lower costs.

All three of these were advocated by Republicans.

It’s a trap. If we let him start over, it will be ...

If you like your handguns, you will be able to keep your handguns. Period.

If you like your rifles, you will be able to keep your rifles. Period.

No one will take them away. No matter what.

Yes, it is their business to sell policies.

Get the government out of the way and they will create products that people want to buy.

It will include tort reform to end the lawyer predation (both plantiff and defense ae the predators on the system)

Over half the states have already implemented tort reform. It hasn't slowed the increase in insurance costs there.

One was allowing insurance to be sold across state boundaries. This would allow the marketplace to be used to its full potential and ensure the costs could be shared across far more subscribers.

One of the few ideas I've seen that I think would honestly make a difference in prices.

How about the Republican idea of making health insurance completely portable so workers can take their plans with them from job to job. This means giving individuals who buy coverage for themselves a tax advantage similar to the one that employers enjoy when they cover employees.

My employer covers about 80% of my insurance costs. Take them out of the equation and I have to pick up the whole premium, and foot hundreds of dollars per month in out of pocket costs. Where is that an improvement?

How about reining in frivolous, expensive lawsuits that keep doctors performing hundreds of unnecessary tests to keep lawsuits away? Tort reform would go a long way to lower costs.

Tort reform is in place in about half the states. Where has it made a difference?

Scrap Obamacare — and start dismantling Medicare too.

this post is nothing but an advertisement for investor advice….

Particularly since he said this in 2010, got the call from the chicago thug ... and has walked it completely back. Uncle Warren is politically senile.
