Starbucks’ Schultz: Obamacare Execution Is “Off the Rails”
wallstcheatsheet.com ^

Posted on 10/31/2013 1:04:42 PM PDT by Red in Blue PA

Schultz was interviewed by CNBC’s Maria Bartiromo Wednesday, and during his time on the air, he explained how his support of the health law has turned stale on account of its poor execution. He told CNBC that, ”Unfortunately, in this kind of situation, execution trumps strategy. It might be a great strategy, but the execution is really flawed. It’s off the rails.”

The statement is surprising coming from Schultz, considering he has long been a firm supporter of President Barack Obama’s health law. This reality is highlighted by the Huffington Post, which reports that he described the Affordable Care Act as a “good thing for the country” back in September in a separate interview with Bartiromo, and that sentiment has continued since the law’s origination. Wednesday, however, showed a shift in opinion for Schultz, and as the CEO clearly expressed his disappointment with the law’s implementation Wednesday, the polls show that he is not alone.

Why is this result surprising, coming from a guy without any real world private enterprise experience?

Mr. Shultz is obviously a racist.

so in other words, if it’s executed correctly, he’s in favor of a Marxist solution for my healthcare.
he made his billions the capitalist way, now he wants the Christian middle class to live under the jackboot.

I’ve always felt this guy was a genius for being able to sell a commodity product at 3 or 4 times the price offered in other places.

I think the point is that Schultz is a canary in the coal mine.

If he was an avid supporter of obozo and this crummy law, and hates it now, that does not bode well for dems in 2014.

Marco is close. Actually the encompassing intent is the worst part of Obamacare. It’s a one way ticket to Mugabe-type living. Equal ugliness for all.

Is Rubio anything other than a political pretty boy?

His depth of understanding of issues and effective communication leave much to be desired. Just like on immigration he just doesn’t get the conservative point of view.

Unstated but very probable, the law will be a disaster for Starbucks

Drinking coffee is a right.
Starbucks is a bad actor and should not be allowed
to sell their overpriced product in the marketplace.

Not sure why, aren't most of their crew "29ers"?

And any full timers can be dumped onto exchanges where their low wages will likely get them enough subsidy to make them happy.
