How Crazies Are Destroying Your Party New poll underscores public's mad-as-hell attitude toward Republicans and Democrats.

This is what happens when the two parties ruling Washington lose touch with America and pander to their crazy-extreme bases: President Obama's competency and personality ratings are nose-diving, according to a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll; barely a sliver of the public thinks highly of the Republican Party; and two-thirds of Americans want to replace their own member of Congress.

Just to illustrate how ideological pure the Democrat Party is now just look at Joe Lieberman's case. He was a solid lib/leftist on every issue except one, Iraq. He sided with Bush on the war on terror. He was Commie on every other issue and the Democrat machine tried to destroy him, over one issue where he diverged.

Well, I can say I agree with you...But not everyone like us lives and breathes on Rush’s program on a daily basis...

I think he is a good bookend to what we start, and he gets the word out to folks who are not as engaged as we are...

I would not particularly damn people who only listen to Rush, Hannity, Levin et. al., most of the problem is that keeping people focused and engaged when the time is right is the problem...Some people have very short attention spans...

Most of us are getting tired of just talking about the problem(s)...I believe we would be better served by those in positions to do something about these issues, to encourage substantive action...

We got a little tase of it with Cruz, Lee and a few others when it was needed, the failure of that action was the folks within their very ranks, betrayed them and not support the effort...

We have 12 months till the next elections, after these local ones coming up next week (for us in Texas)...I really hope people stay focused and ready to do what needs to be done at that time...
