Well, she's only 600 million dollars+ short and several months late. Of course, this has nothing to do with several House Republicans demanding her resignation.

She came across more like “Little Miss Not-So-Bright”.
No wonder this turned into a disaster.

If anyone thinks that the problem will be solved if and when the website is fixed and once people can shop for insurance online, They are sadly mistaken.
The big problem will arise once people start to get the quotes for the insurance if they’re going to have to buy.
I believe the website was deliberately sabotaged so that people cannot get their Obamacare quotes until their existing insurance has already been canceled.

Sebelius is the Bernie Madoff of health insurance 'bait and switch' causing MILLIONS of Americans to lose their plans and doctors.
Would a simple 'SORRY' get Madoff out of prison? NO.

Ms. Sebelius said she was ultimately responsible for this debacle, including the websites problems. But she said that a government contractor, Verizons Terremark unit, was responsible for outages that disrupted the website on Sunday and again on Tuesday. "I take responsibility but I'm blaming someone else." - Kathleen Sebiquious
Typical liberal idea of accountability.
