Obama admin. knew millions could not keep their health insurance

By Lisa Myers and Hannah Rappleye

President Obama repeatedly assured Americans that after the Affordable Care Act became law, people who liked their health insurance would be able to keep it. But millions of Americans are getting or are about to get cancellation letters for their health insurance under Obamacare, say experts, and the Obama administration has known that for at least three years.

Four sources deeply involved in the Affordable Care Act tell NBC NEWS that 50 to 75 percent of the 14 million consumers who buy their insurance individually can expect to receive a “cancellation” letter or the equivalent over the next year because their existing policies don’t meet the standards mandated by the new health care law. One expert predicts that number could reach as high as 80 percent...

Maybe those darn liberals are beginning to realize that they’re going to have to get the Democratic Party back from Obama and his buddies.

That is profound in that there are many Democrats who vote because that is what there parents did. They are not aware of the true nature of the leadership of the democrat party on the national level.

The reason the GOP is in the state that it is in is because most of them are indistinguishable from Democrats. I don't give two shits about liberals, even if they have the moniker "Republican". I am sick of keeping score in terms of party affiliation. The Speaker and Senate Minority Leader do not have a pair between the two of them. It takes majority votes of the Republican caucus to hold those positions, which means a majority of Republicans in Congress need to go.

So, NO, I will keep the GOP out of this.

she worries she won’t be able to afford the new insurance, which is expected to cost more because it has more benefits.

She really thinks it costs more because it has more benefits, when it has impossible deductibles and a built in death panel.

These people are just begging to be fleeced.

Obama will claim he was never told about this.

Then, he will tell us that nobody is more upset about it than he is!

On healthcare, the GOP is distinguishable. Not one of them voted for the Obamacare debacle.

Let Obama take 100% of the heat for this thing. The Dems are nervous and trying to focus the bullseye away from Obama. I would say don't help the MSM. Let Obama take his rightful due.

Harry Ried will say that President Obama didn’t pass the law — Congress passed the law with these defects and it originated in the House so you will have to ask them.

Nancy Pelosi will say that since you had to read the law to know what was in it, and we know the President never reads or follows the law he can’t be held responsible and why don’t we talk to those in charge of the House now.

Speaker Boehner will say that the Tea Party has kept him from working with the administration,,,,,,yada, yada, yada.

Who was the last RINO presidential candidate? Didn't he have his own bit of socialist healthcare going on? Despite the 10th Amendment, it still is socialism. The GOPe is rotten to the core. And stupid to boot.

Let all of the socialism fail.

So you want criticism of Obama to also be directed at Romney for this current federal law which Romney didn't write or vote for. Or something.

Even though 100% of the GOP in congress voted "no" and fought this law we should help the Dems and MSM be successful in diluting the fire aimed at Dear Leader. Don't think so.

“It would be nice to think 0bummer is losing the enemedia but I doubt it.”

He isn’t. I had this very same discussion elsewhere. They are ALL in bed together.

Single Payer Commie Healthcare is coming down the pike at breakneck speed. The Enemy Media is just laying the groundwork.

Count on it.

(But you and I will be OK. We’ll come out on top! Right? RIGHT?)

Those losing their coverage are only half the scam. My policy won’t be cancelled...however, the premiums are increasing 50%. So you see, I should be happy, because I got to keep my plan.

People like me will surely be the 2nd wave of disgruntlement, yet to be realized.

The point I was making about Romney is that the GOP establishment has a cancer. Romney was only the candidate because the GOPe's inaction. They did not to thwart him in the primary. But it is more than that, they aided him, with the many blessings of the GOP leadership in congress.

As for 100% of the GOP voting no on ObamaCare, that was just a typical party line vote. The real vote was not to fund it just a few weeks ago. They kicked the can down the road. My congressman voted against funding. He still has my vote. My Senator voted against funding, but he doesn't have me vote. Pat Toomey proposed gun control legislation along with Chuckie Schmuck and Manchin. That just shows he doesn't understand the constitution.

Republicans failed in their constitutional responsibility to not defund ObamaCare. Those that did they need to go down with the sinking ship. Like I said before, I don't keep score for Republicans. You cannot find an enumerated power in the Constitution for 90% of what Republicans vote for. Those congressmen are just as bad, if not worse, than every Democrat.

I hope you don't put too much trust in the MSM, because they will back off in a heartbeat when things get too hot for Hussein.
