I actually give that chick in DC, being killed, a pass. She drove at the Presidential White House grounds, if I am not mistaken. That’s a kill-worthy offense. As much as I despise Obama, I still want to see him very well protected. He’s still the President.
You left out the context!
“where a federal immigration officer was shot and three local police officers were wounded during a violent confrontation with a suspect “
” a Friday night shootout between law enforcement agents and a wanted parolee left six officers injured.
Roseville police spokesman Lt. Cal Walstad said that one Roseville police officer with a jaw wound and a federal immigration agent shot in the leg remain hospitalized Saturday in serious condition. Four other Roseville officers injured by shrapnel were treated and released.
The suspect in the violent confrontation that ended after an hours-long standoff is a validated gang member with a criminal record that includes assault and carjacking. “
Wow. I think there was a thread here a few months ago, in my lovely State of Colorado, about a LEO putting a shotgun or rifle in the face of a 10 year old kid.
Gov. Moonbeam thinks they are just peaceful neighbors. Duran must be one of those warm and fuzzy
California ILLEGAL ALIENS.
First thing I would say to that donut muncher is “get that thing out of my face”.
Get the highest calorie MRE’s bro, and be willing to trade the seasonings for more caloric-content side dishes.
“Folks in the Slidell/New Orleans area take heed.”
If I remember correctly, Eden Isles is upper-middle class and upper-income people. However, the stretch between the five-mile bridge and the I-10 bridge adjacent to the lake and across the bayou from Eden Isles is lower class apartments and condos. I do not know but perhaps the whole of Eden Isles has gone down the tubes after Katrina.
I am not condoning gun boats patrolling aquatic neighborhoods but if they are there because of the LIVs then it may be justified. There were and probably still are drugs in the area. I have seen Coast Guard boats towing captured drug boats in that area.
Now that is just creepy!
Admin, I do see you removed the photo on copyright grounds. Can you put a link to it, at least, on the original post? Thanks!
The citizen is a male white and the Gestapo cop is pointing the rifle at his head!
Here is the perp: Not even close.
I thought it was John Candy in the background.
You know, my grandfather told me once when someone points a gun at you...
“Knock the sh!t out of them, then ask them if its loaded!”
Funny how stuff like this happens in places like that...
I do not believe it would go this far in Texas...
Just my opinion...
Outrageous. Drawing a pistol on everybody that pulls up is pretty bad, pointing a full-blown rifle in innocent peoples’ faces is an outrage.
The cops had a gunman loose who had already shot officers so I’m not surprised they checked cars with a weapon drawn.
Around the time cell phones were making a dent in communication, I was driving in the county I lived in then, and there was a roadblock. The officer had his gun out when he came to my window. There was a criminal on the loose somewhere in that area, and he needed to check my car to be sure the man was not hiding in my car. He would have been pretty dumb if he came to the car with no weapon in his hand and the guy had been in my car. That is asking to be shot if he had no gun out.
A few miles past the roadblock, I saw a man without a shirt on walking next to the tree line off the road. That made no sense to me why his shirt was off and walking next to the trees. I used my cell phone and called 911 to report where this man was and I for sure kept driving to get out of that area.
Cops get killed all the time by walking up to a driver’s window when their guns in the holster. If it’s a speeding problem, they aren’t going to have their gun out, but in this present case today, they knew they had an armed man on the loose. I would expect the rifle to be out.
It’s East Germany s**t. I never thought I’d see the day.
Well, soldiers are trained in how to handle these kinds of weapons. Cops, not so much.
Basic rule of firearms: DO NOT POINT UNLESS YOU ARE IN THE PROCESS OF KILLING. Low-ready is fine. Not a muzzle-cover.
Textron-TMLS is based in Slidell and they manufactures land and marine systems.

They’re looking for an armed killer involved in a shootout that wounded several others ..... I can understand sticking a gun in this guy’s face if he’s refusing to answer questions &/or show the cop his ID.
“The basic lack of gun safety alone is astounding.”
It appears to me his finger is not on the trigger but in the usual safety position.
