And the “press” treats it like an every day occurrence. Nothing to see here.
I’ve been reading Matt Bracken’s books, and they look more believable every day.

It appears to me his finger is not on the trigger but in the usual safety position. So he didn't violate rule 2. But he sure violated rule 1!

Whether the finger is inside our outside the guard is irrelevant, the muzzle of the rifle is pointed at the motorist’s head.

And the gun is pointed at someone he presumably doesn’t intend to shoot.

Seriously... you’re lost.
Your unalienable rights do not change even if there’s an event where one of our masters was killed.
Refusal to cooperate does not constitute a threat justifying sticking a gun in someone’s face.

Look at that FAT-AZZ P.O.S. in the back-ground. Hermann Goring’s brother. Let alone the idiot pointing the rifle. A totally disgusting image. The new NAZI-MERICA.

You point a gun at them and they kill you but if they point a gun at you it’s OK. One set of rules for the sheep and another for the wolves. So much for equality. If someone points a gun at me it’s a death threat and I don’t care about no stinking badges.

I actually give that chick in DC, being killed, a pass. She drove at the Presidential White House grounds, if I am not mistaken. Thats a kill-worthy offense. As much as I despise Obama, I still want to see him very well protected. Hes still the President.
I agree completely. I watched the video footage of the lady in DC many times, and I would say that in her case law enforcement was in fact unusually restrained. I would not have had an issue with their opening fire much earlier.
Contrary to many of the statist-minded, there is a significant difference between law enforcement and tyranny.
What we see in this picture, however, is revolting. I am reminded of something from years ago:
"Parts of our government now operate without regard to the rights of citizens, and this philosophy of unlimited authority is taken for granted by everyone involved. Federal agents have put citizens in prison, gassed them, shot them to death, and burned them alive over tax issues involving trivial amounts of money. Not one government employee has spent one night in jail or paid one dollar in fines. Instead, they are given paid leave, get promoted, and garner even more authority to do as they please.
"Worst of all is that the men and women who commit these atrocities are not acting out of deep moral purpose. It is only a job to them, a paycheck, a way to make the next VISA payment. That makes these people even more despicable, but it also makes the strategy for stopping them very simple." All four FBI agents stared at the screen, waiting for Wilson Blair to say the words they knew were coming.
"Kill them," he said simply. "Individually, without risk to anyone else. Take it from someone who knows government employees have a strong instinct for self-preservation. Kill fifty or a hundred of them around the country, and many more will resign and look for less hazardous work. But kill them one at a time, when others are not around. The blood of innocents helps the wrong side.
"One at a time," he repeated. "Pick your spot, use a piece of pipe, walk away, and keep your mouth shut. It's ridiculously easy when the Constitution is on your side and you outnumber the enemy over five thousand to one. Good luck." Blair smiled, and was then suddenly replaced by the Cable News anchorman.
Unintended Consequences, by John Ross (PDF link) p. 683
It is astounding how each generation of collectivist tyrants needs to learn all over again that their ideology
does not work, even when you introduce the machinery of killing pits at the end.

What a Rube that cop is.
William Buckley used to say that police, not citizens should be disarmed as they have clearly demonstrated that they do not know what they are doing. The lard butt on the other side of the vehicle is in danger as well, should the cop cut loose (I’m sure he has selected full auto). I have seen this often with law enforcement officers, suspect literally surrounded and all pointing their weapons or cop on either side pointing weapons with suspect in the middle. Genius.
We had a 16 year old shot here toting an AK air soft. Eight rounds fired by the deputy, seven hits. Good shooting but bad call. I’m thinking more and more cops should have rules of engagement like out troops overseas; do not fire unless fired upon, in situations not clearly defined seek authourity form the chain of command. If it is good enough for some maniacal mussie it is good enough for U.S. citizens.

Wow. Can we save this country? Or is the fall inevitable? Depends. Josiah was the greatest king in the Old Testament. The Bible says that no other king (even David or Solomon) sought God like Josiah. Yet God was so angry about the sins of the previous generation that he destroyed the nation anyway. In other words even if America were to repent now it might still be too late.

Your comments represent much of what is wrong with our nation these days. I suppose you supported the Boston SWAT door-to-door home invasions where residents were evicted from their homes at gunpoint while jackboots searched for a teen who was hiding in a boat.
