ROSEVILLE, Calif.
Law enforcement authorities are swarming a neighborhood in the Sacramento suburb of Roseville searching for a suspect after a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer and two police officers were shot and wounded.
In a statement, ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice says the officer is stable and alert after being taken to a local hospital.
Sacramento County Sheriff's Sgt. Lisa Bowman says deputies were dispatched shortly after 3 p.m. Friday, when Roseville police requested help for an officer-involved shooting. KCRA-TV showed aerial images of dozens of law enforcement officers converging on a neighborhood in Roseville, about 20 miles northeast of the state capital.
Authorities just released details about the shooter. They describe as an armed Hispanic man wearing a dark colored beanie, grey short-sleeved shirt and white pants.
Police said an additional two police officers were shot during the search for the suspect. One of the officers was confirmed to be with the Roseville Police Department, but the other officer's affiliation was unknown.
There was no word on the condition of the two police officers shot by the fugitive.
Calls to Roseville police were warning residents to stay inside and saying the suspect is armed and dangerous.
The ICA agent had no business being shot. Obama ordered them to do nothing, if he had obeyed order from the head Muslim he wouldn’t have gotten shot.
Only a little tongue in check, I hope he recovers rapidly.
The only thing even remotely surprising about that photo is the apparent lack of facial tattoos.
Amen...Looks like four were shot.
MS13?
A bit of background history from 2009 on this guy.
“...At about noon on Sunday, March 15, Roseville Police officers stopped a white Dodge Ram pickup on eastbound Interstate 80 at the Rocklin Road exit. Officers had been searching the area for parolee-at-large Samuel Duran, and believed he was a passenger in the back seat of the pickup.
When the pickup stopped, Duran exited the back seat and ran up the freeway embankment onto Rocklin Road, with officers giving chase. A brown Toyota sedan, occupied by two females, was stopped at a red light on Rocklin Road. Duran got into the back seat of the Toyota and ordered the two females out, but officers pulled him out of the Toyota and arrested him.
Samuel Nathan Duran, 28, of Roseville was booked into the Roseville City Jail on suspicion of attempted carjacking and resisting arrest...”

Thanks, Amom!
Looks possible to me.
Thank you for posting the thread.
I don’t think it will end well for “Sammy” tonight.
He looks like an MS13 Dreamer.
I sure hope those words are prophetic.

The Roseville Public Saftey twitter also confirmed three Rosville Police Officer were injured, one is in serious condition, two are stable. The ICE agent is also in stable condition.
Riverside Ave. is still closed and the public is advised to take alternate routes."
Thanks for this. My scanner feed from Roseville abruptly stopped and I’ve not been able to get it back. Getting news from media...sigh.
“The only thing even remotely surprising about that photo is the apparent lack of facial tattoos.”
You must have missed something, like the tatoos all over his neck.Look closely and you’ll see them. They are dim in the photo.
It's all up to Sammy which way it goes down and from his history he's not one to go lightly. I don't really care what happens as long as he doesn't hurt anyone else.
Exactly, and it seems he doesn’t want to go the easy way, so be it.
Just a little farther and he would have been in a sanctuary city and free from arrest and deportation.
That’s only completely wrong.
