Apparently the numbers of people enrolling in Medicare are far higher than expected and could take away from the base of healthy people needed to make Obamacare work:

“No problem, Obamacare is to big to fail so he will subsidize it with our tax money.”
Exactly. Since when did a government entitlement program die because of lack of funding? That’s why Ted Cruz was so right: Once it gets started there is no easy way to end it.
DIE O-DAHMERCARE! DIE!
"Brosurance!" Genius!
Does Medicaid have all the evils built into Obamacare? Not that the evils are going to go away though. The IRS will still have 16,000 extra agents to put a fine tooth comb through ALL your financial records.
After a person is on disability for 2 years they can get Medicare.
Severe cluster fark. The Rats own it. It’s their Waterloo.
With Medicaid expansion, it’s cheap or free for a lot of people. That’s the vast majority of the people who are signing up on the state run exchanges.
Let’s see, Obama goes to all these liberal arts colleges and pitches HarryCare. The students are either on mommy & daddy’s plan or they get healthcare through a plan offered by their college. If they get coverage on mommy & daddy’s plan healthcare.gov kicks them out. If they get coverage through the college offered plan, with no job or a part-time job, they qualify for medicaid and are told to switch to the free medicaid plan. Well, duhhhh. The ex-acorn navigators are signing them up after Obama gives the pitch.
People with end stage kidney disease get Medicare regardless of age. Other than that I'm unaware of any other exceptions.
Don’t know who is stupider - them for the BS they spew or us for listening to them
The media, like Obama, in most cases are reading what someone has prepared for them.
Once they actually , if they can, think about what is really happening it is eye opening and they are as pointed amazed by the simplicity of a choice.
“People being given the choice between free Medicaid that actually works or such obscenely high priced ObamaCare insurance that has such a high deductible that it covers none of your medical bills while bankrupting you financially in the process and then choosing the free Medicaid if you qualify is surprising highly trained Journalistic professionals?”
It’s supposed to be either or. If you make less than 138% of the federal poverty level, you’re in Medicaid. If you aren’t, you’re in the exchange and have to buy private insurance.

I know. It seems that some in the media actually thought that young people who qualified for Medicaid would actually sign up for ObamCare to sacrifice to make the Socialized Medicine a reality and make the world a better place
But what if your combined Free Shit is higher $$ than the average working poor (no handout) crowd? If you net 40K in .gov cheese, shouldn’t that be reported as the INCOME that it is?
Except that the income verification feature of the website has been disabled and we're on the "Honor" system this first year...
The only people enrolling are the same folks that go to the emergency room where the sign reads...”No one turned away”...that’s the law.
They are eligible for Medicare Coverage two years from their Application Date, not their Approval Date.
The way things are going, Medicare will begin at Birth. If you make it past Planned Parenthood, you’re in.
“People being given the choice between free Medicaid that actually works...”
Well, you need to define “works,” because I personally know people on Medicaid here in California, and their “wait times” for care rival our friends over in the UK with their “wonderful” single payer “system.” Medicaid, isn’t “healthcare,” it’s a bare bones scheme to keep indigent people from clogging up the ERs.
“Not Medicaid? Youre sure?”
People on Medicaid are not eligible for obamacare. It has to be medicare.
