Democrats will be able to run on ObamaCare and win in 2014, the party chairwoman's insisted Friday. Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) said the troubled rollout of ObamaCare's enrollment website, which has frustrated thousands trying to enter the site and bruised the administration, won't hurt Democats in next year's mid-term elections.

BTW, Rep. Barton in a House hearing, yesterday, stated that HIPPA Federal Law is violated by the no privacy policy of The Mandatory Insurance Tax Federal Law commonly called Obama’care.’
If we are to continue to be a “Nation of Laws,” then this Legal conflict requires resolution by the SCOTUS.

I really believe that DWS is the stupidest woman in DC...and that's going pretty far! I'm sure that the millions of people who are having their policies cancelled and who are seeing the premiums double and deuctibles quadruple...or more while copay percentages climb, will be lined up and eager to vote for the party that imposed this deisaster on them!
