Any opposition to this regime will be destroyed, zeros mantra. He is mentally unstable and should be removed from office for crimes against the constitution!

Hello!!! It’s 2013. Who keeps paper files anymore?

While the police and DHS were wrong to seize them, the should have been kept in an encrypted laptop.

How soon, if ever, with the MSM realize they have hitched their wagon to a team of communist horses?

It is doubtful as it seems the communist indoctrination, started in our public schools, is stronger than being raised a Muslim. You see everyone else as an infidel to your religion of socialism/communism/Marxism/progressive.

I has to be brainwashing as these people are not that stupid yet they actually believe they are not communists but behave exactly like communists. They are clueless.

What kind of an investigative reporter leaves notes with her sources in them laying around at her residence?

There aren’t too many more lines to cross. Why does having a gun allow the SWAT team to come into your home and collect data? Things like this are when the nightmare becomes frightening.

Based on the info presented...not sure if she has a case or not. It would appear on the face of things that the seizure of documents would be inconsistent with a search for firearms. However, back in my LEO days, I never requested or executed a search warrant that did not include some verbiage like “or any other materials or objects evidencing violations of local, State, or Federal ordinances, statutes or laws.”, in the description of what was to be searched or seized.

To that end, this one still seems a bit shaky. Certainly worth a vigorous challenge.

......“This guy basically came in here and took my anonymous sources and turned them over — took my whistleblowers — and turned it over to the agency they were blowing the whistle on,” Hudson said. “And these guys still work there.”.......

Why not?

Issa gave the “green light” for all corruption in the USA
from Fast&Furious, to the BC coverup,
to the Benghazi coverup, to the IRS coverup,
to the NSA coverup.

In charge of the coverup? Issa.

Ok... They went in to her home in search of firearms and came out with confidential paperwork?

Anyone else see something wrong here?

I wonder how many national socialist, true believers were surprised to find their sons sent to Stalingrad and their daughters worked to exhaustion in state run factories.

When you dream of an all powerful state it might take a bit of wisdom to realize it’s a nightmare.

All investigative reporters need to keep long lists of individuals in the administration, with their names, addresses, and phone numbers, and they need to make sure they call those numbers. Maybe even meet with some of them. They also need to put their names down in appointment books on specific dates and times that they know or suspect certain individuals may potentially be available. The reporters need to lay a whole bunch of false trails to potentially incriminate administration hacks that they actually have never even met. Clog up the investigative resources. The investigators will never be able to figure out which one or two out of twenty false leads are actually whistleblowers. And if the administration ends up firing some of their own loyalists, well, that’s only good, isn’t it?

The reporter was an idiot.

If you have sources inside the regime, you keep a thousand different copies of your material hidden in different locations around the globe... not a single copy located in your own home.

While the IRS becomes the KGB, Homeland Security becomes the Gestapo. For most Americans, if the well-groomed people on the evening news aren’t talking about it, it’s not happening.
