Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.) derided today's House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing as a “monkey court,” accusing Republicans of exhibiting false concern during testimony and chastising them for raising security concerns that he said were specious.

Obamacare has many legal vulnerabilities should conservatives remain tenacious and exploit them all. One thin wedge end is all that is needed. But aside from being an identity thief's or a dictator's wet dream, kenyacare violates (imho) the constitutional right against illegal search and seizure. All that info they ask for is tantamount to the government rifling through your personal papers and effects with absolute impunity.
