Obamacare Operator Fired After Taking Call From Hannity; Hannity To Give Her A Year's Salary
On the top of Thursday's broadcast of his radio show, Sean Hannity revealed Erling Davis, the Obamacare operator he called early in his Monday show, got fired. Hannity quizzed her on how well the law is being received by applicants and she revealed no one liked it. Hannity had Davis on his show today and revealed he will give her a year's salary of $26,000 and help her find a new job.

I believe she was getting $12 an hour. It’s a private contractor, not the government.
Hannity said he didn’t to “go after” the company and I thought, “why not?”
Name them, and the snarky supervisor that fired her, along with all of the management staff listed. Expose them, Shame them and Shun them.
Clog up their emails and phone lines.
I ran call centers like this. BIG call centers. With more than a thousand reps across our business unit.
She would have gotten fired, or at least reprimanded severely.
Here is why: It has nothing to do with her opinion. But, I do not pay her to express her opinion to customers or potential customers. There is a reason she has scripts to work from. That reason is to ensure that all of our contacts get the exact same explanation of our products, services and policies. Deviating from that will result in mixed messages and incorrect information.
Next, he identified himself as a member of the media. As soon as she opens her mouth on the air, she is representing the company and we are liable for whatever she says. It is easier to transfer the media person to our information and media office. That way we can make sure the company is protected and the individual is protected.
I worked for a publicly traded financial services company. If one of our reps, only on the phone for two weeks, started talking like that to Sean Hannity it would have impacted our stock price and potentially affected our fair lending statutes and what not.
Before they touched a phone at our office, the reps trained and were tested about these things.
So, yeah, she would have been fired. AND everyone else would get another dose of training.
But, as I listened to it live, she did a fine job. Up until she went off the script. You could tell she wasn’t the brightest bulb in the circuit. Hannity is doing the right thing by picking up her tab for the year. I used to hate when reporters would call up and pull that crap.
When you are dealing with an emergency like this, with this number of calls, and with this type of exposure, you will find this happening all of the time. Your reps MUST know how to get this call off the line and a media rep pretty damned fast.
A contractor. She claims never at hiring or training did they ever tell them they couldn’t talk to media (of course they should have) or have them sign anything as policy.
They got mad she told the truth during her interview with Hannity on Monday.
Democrats don’t love God and serve their fellowman by actions such as these.
So this is the lady responsible for the mismanagement of the healthcare.gov design and the lack of adequate testing! I knew the adminstration would figure out who was responsible and dole out some consequences.
I wonder if she was also involved in running guns to Mexico, using the IRS to target conservatives and failing to summon help at Benghazi?

I heard her when he called (today and the other day). I was impressed with her demeanor.
[shrug] No explaining morons.

That’s taxpayer money.
I doubt very much that the real obumacare operators look so pleasant, intelligent, ambitious, and y’all know the other one.
I heard that call ... Hannity was trying to be nice ... poor lady was required to read from a script (a fairly inane script) and had some sort of supervisor type giving orders just out of hearing range. It was quite clear that the 0bamacare system is AFU.
I hope she can find a real job; jolly decent of Hannity to give her a hand.
Meanwhile, 0bamacare should be abolished in its entirety. It cannot be fixed.
Telling the truth could get a person fired in ANY workplace in America. Think about it. With each passing day there are more and more things that are true that no employee dare discuss.
For as much heat as Hannity gets in this forum, I am surprised no one has ripped him for being too cheap. The guy is worth millions and millions of dollars, and because of his prank he gets both the mileage from his interview and only has to give up 26K. /sarc
