I got on chat with them 4 days before October 1. I simply asked if the smoking fee on premiums applied only to tobacco. After about 10 minutes, the person said she didn’t have access to that information.
I wanted to ask if a person lied about smoking how they were going to find out, but she hung up.
A friend and I went on the chat just to mess with them, pretending to be a “low information voter”. We asked “I wanna gets my free healthcare”, and the guy just copy/pasted 3 paragraphs of junk into the chat. Then we say “Boy, you type FAST!”
I’m not buying that’s a real transcript. Too snarky. It’s a plant.

Since in reality it was part of a citizen's attempt to comply with a law within the time-frame provided by an oppressive regime it is not funny - it is very very sad. It's a case of the oppressor taunting his victims.

I think I understand now. This whole thing is nothing but a joke Obama is playing on the country. He can have transcripts like this delivered to him, and sit back and laugh about the demoralization he inflicted on this evil colonial nation.
