Rep. Henry Waxman (D., Calif.) blamed the private contractors retained by HHS to build and administer healthcare.gov for the websites extensive glitches Tuesday on MSNBC.
Waxman said Secretary of Health & Human Services Kathleen Sebelius was not aware of all of the technicalities pertaining to the Obamacare website and thus should not be held responsible for its failure.
Shes done a terrific job, Waxman said, I have a great deal of confidence in her.
The private sector, according to Waxman, failed to live up to their contractual obligations even with all of the money they got.
The California congressman suggested that if anyones head should roll, it should be the contractors who didnt live up to their contractual responsibilities:

The Buck stops up his nose, way up his nose.
what can you say?
Perhaps we should expunge them? Would not our society benefit and be more pure if it were free of the influence and taint of these capitalist swine? Can we move the private sector into camps?
I’m sure he meant to say...’it’s Bush’s fault’.
for all the businesses dealing with the government... the guillotine has arrived.
It's the private sector's fault for not trying hard enough to get her to explain what she needed.

I believe that every ‘private contractor’ involved in every aspect of Obamacare are FOBs, Friends of Barack. He is such a micromanager, I simply don’t believe there was any ‘casting a wide net’ to choose the best suited to do the jobs. The Dems who have the bully pulpit via the Obama/Pravda Media are wearing out their welcome. I believe more and more people are seeing through all the BS. Hope it is not toooooo late.
Carter was a control freak. Obama is a lazy freak.
Yes, if only the FedGov did this totally in-house, the website would be spectacular.
Instead it was those damned campaign contributors er, contractors.
....we'll give you and ONLY FEDERAL EMPLOYEES *TWO* *MORE* *YEARS* to fix this monstrosity.
When it fails -- WORSE -- THEN what will you say?
Oh, I know. Rush Limbaugh did it. Republicans hacked it. It's all Bush's fault.
Maye one or two were FOBs (Friends of Bill) sent to “repay” something the obozothugs did to hillary during the campaign.
The job was outsourced to a substandard obama supporter with a o bid contract....that’s who is to blame.
Waxman is trying to make it look like US private sector is to blame.
Nostrilitis Marxist.
Waxman is also a wreck, so he can’t tell the difference.
Sebelius should have googled “internet” and had lunch with Al Gore
I heard that Canadian contractor, CGI, had failed at designing a web based gun registry in Canada. I suspect that Obama got wind of this and wanted to give them a contract to do that here after the Obamacare website was a success.
Too much oxygen getting to his brain

Hey rat-faced dude, the buck stops with the idiot who hires the contractors. At least that’s the way it works in the dreaded private sector.
The people in charge are the ones who should be held responsible. Let’s see, who might that be?
Even a leftist rag like the Washington Post is reporting that a load test was held on the system with a paltry few hundred users simulated...said test failed miserably and the Feds said go ahead anyway. Whose fault is that?
