This is one of the things Ozippycare is all about. Having something to send former Union Workers of failed States and Municipalities into, to keep the Unions up and running. Next up, Chicago and Illinois. IMHO it is 1/2 a loaf for many of these Union Workers.
This is why Snyder wanted Medicare expansion so bad and nixed Pat Colbeck's free-market alternative by 1 vote in the Senate by a turn-coat Republican, he need something to put them. Must be too much of a Statist for a free-market alternative. I can't vote for him again because of this.
