CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- A South Texas man has been sentenced to life in prison for raping an 11-year-old girl he abducted as she rode her bicycle.
A jury in Corpus Christi on Monday also sentenced 19-year-old Jacob Musich to 99 years in prison for kidnapping. ....
Musich last Wednesday pleaded guilty ...... Two other teens who allegedly helped Musich await trial.
Musichs mother, Sharon, testified her son was addicted to synthetic marijuana.
Musich, in recorded jail phone calls, was heard telling his mother that the victim was dumb and its not like he took the girl to Mexico for three days.

I'm good friends with the defense attorney, but Musich is going where he belongs.
Hope he gets raped daily in jail.
More men than women are raped in America.
IN PRISON.
The guy should be taking a dirt nap.

Synthetic marijuana.
This stuff was legal just a year ago.
***Musich, in recorded jail phone calls, was heard telling his mother that the victim was dumb and its not like he took the girl to Mexico for three days.***
What could his mother possibly say to something like that?
I hope not.
I hope he gets put in a tiny little cell, with a sturdy fixture in the ceiling, and never let out again. No talking, no socializing, no letters, no TV, no books, no weight training. Just a little brass plaque that says what he was convicted for, and how log he has to serve.
And if he ever wants early release, there is that nice fixture in the ceiling and some nice strong sheets...
Yeah, dirt nap would be better.
Supposed conservative? Please.
I think he should spend a few days tied to the whipping post before his jail term.
Good riddance? How about cranking up ole Sparky and zap this bastard to ashes? You are in TX for crying out loud.
USSC overruled death penalty for child rape. They decided it based on the “unusual” aspect. When it was pointed out they made a mistake in the material facts and left off that the federal gov’t allows for it under UCMJ they shrugged and shuffled off to go play canasta.

I agree with both of you, I hope the prisoners rape him, castrate him, shove his removed parts in his mouth and ....... then slowly kill him by removing one joint at a time.
I hope this punishment isn't too genteel for the truly blood thirsty, bigoted, racist kooks that frequent this evil web site.
Sorry Jimbo, sometimes I just am too easy on criminals, must be my Catholic background.
Is it homosexual rape if a baseball bat is used instead of a p*nis.

Second that. If the line was tie them to the truck and drag them I would be OK.
Cheering the sin that got Sodom and Gomorrah nuked from orbit seems out of place on this forum.
Hmm, makes one wonder if that was flippant remark or if he did take someone to Mexico. Hope Bib Bubba gets addicted to his new cellmate and needs a daily dose for the next 99 years.
There were 3 monsters who kidnapped the little girl but they are being tried separately - http://www.kristv.com/news/kidnapping-and-sexual-assault-suspects-will-be-tried-separately/#_
“Musichs mother, Sharon, testified her son was addicted to synthetic marijuana.”
I hate this. There are all kinds of messed up people in the world, but very few of them are so messed up as to be raping 11 year olds.
Visit your bum son in jail mom, for the rest of your life.
That is the mildest acceptable sentence for this evil person. I hope he stays behind bars for life - and that he doesn’t have to spend much time in prison.
Eye for an eye. Seems fair, reasonable and correct. However, the death penalty would be my first option, being that I am a father. Think what you want. Means nothing to me.
