That you are so slimey a greiving widow has to go out of her way to ensure you won't attend her husband's funeral says a ton about character, or lack thereof for Charlie.

"....At the State of the Union Address on January 31, 2006, authorities expressly prohibited the display of political ideology on clothing in the U.S. Capitol. Young's wife was asked to leave shortly after anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan was ejected for wearing an anti-war T-shirt. Beverly Young's T-shirt stated: "Support the Troops — Defending Our Freedom." She argued with Capitol Hill Police officers in the hallway outside the House chamber. "They said I was protesting," she told the St. Petersburg Times. "I said, 'Read my shirt, it is not a protest.' They said, 'We consider that a protest.' I said, 'Then you are an idiot.'"

Young was angry about the way his wife was treated. "Because she had on a shirt that someone didn't like that said support our troops, she was kicked out of this gallery," Young said on the House floor the following day, holding up the gray shirt. "Shame, shame," he said.

Capitol Police Chief Terrance Gainer apologized in a statement late that same day. Young said he was not necessarily satisfied. "My wife was humiliated," he told reporters. He suggested that "sensitivity training" might be in order for the Capitol Police..." Source

I seriously doubt she asked the Air Force to fly them in but he did serve for a long time so I’m sure many do want to attend his funeral. They could pay their own way.

Funny... all these years I focused on Clinton. The worthless slime-ball did do a 180. What’s funny is that his friend, not catching on, kept his smile and didn’t change his demeanor at all.

I use the term ‘friend’ loosely here. Clinton never met a person he couldn’t stab in the back... literally.

I agree it is low. But I have reached the point where I expect no more from our ruling class.
Remember, they are applauding how long Bill Young ‘served’ in Congress. To me that is the appalling thing.
I will watch the news to see who is NOT there and maybe even to see who went down on their own dime. These are the ones, I will be applauding.

Please do not be so harsh on Mrs. Young during her moment of grief. She more than likely does not have the energy or may fear for her own if she were to stop all those Democratic politicians from using our tax dollars to fly all the way to Florida for her husband’s funeral.

Her husband was a good man and she is now must deal with all these career politicians occupying her husband’s funeral.

Please let her grieve.

I was thinking this was Tom foley’s wife for some reason but still agree that we should not be footing bill for any politico to go to this funeral! These ruling elites from both parties are getting on my last nerve.
