All the Patriots are being fired, under the litmus test question:
“Would you order your troops to fire on Americans?”

Ergo, I admit the following public statement, NSA be darned:

The once, and past ‘street cop on the beat Officer O’Malley’, that once talked to everyone he saw, all the shop owners on his beat, and all the children in his respective ‘neighborhood’; has transmogrified to a jackbooted, bald-headed thug, with visions of grandeur for those who have not seen combat, and with the all-powerful, I’ll huff and I’ll puff and blow you away syndrome, thanks to the militarization and osmosis by the federal government.

The Military Commission Act of 2006 made every and all Americans, present and future, immediate suspects, as stated within that act.

A totalitarian, emulating a President, was elected. Until recently, there has always been the idea, that the U.S. military was never, never, to take up arms against American civilians.

It has done so in the past, after WW1. Veterans were camped out in Washington, D.C., in regards to better treatment and rights. The sitting President ordered that the U.S. Army remove those folks, forcibly, and did so, under the command of one Douglas MacArthur.

With the present political environment, of a sitting president, thinking and acting as not an elected President, but a ruler with the attitude of “Divine Ascension”. With a sitting President owning such a mental attude, it should be abundantly clear, that he would order violence against innocent Americans, through unleashing the military’s might and technology upon them, for the merest supposed slighting.

Why else would such a question as :
“Would you fire upon Americans”, as the test of retention of military commanders.

I would think that the "foreign or domestic" clause would cover this contingency.
