Golly, lots of people getting smoked out by just one man’s actions. I wonder why the establishment went all out to make sure he didn’t get into the Senate.
“We can’t have any more Jim DeMint disciples!” - Trent Lott
The Chamber of Commerce is happy with Obamacare as long as its amended to suit their wishes.
Crony capitalists and collaborators in the political machine.......
This clown used to work for the POST OFFICE!

Looks like Cruz is living in everyones head rent free.

I have to say one thing about America’s Senator Ted Cruz, he is able to separate the Pariahs from the Patriots just by breathing.
God Bless him, Mike Lee, Sarah Palin and the rest of the Patriots that held strong.
Mr. Donohue doesn’t want anything to get in the way of his pet projects like hiring illegal aliens.
Basically we are back to the 1970s again with the old dinosaur GOP acting like the tax collector for the welfare state, and the old dinos protecting their personal scams and their precious “respectability.”
Looks like someone has their panties in a wad because all the money he sends to Congressional “Leadership PACS” might not have the intended effect.
It sucks when true American Patriots/Citizens voice their displeasure over bought and paid for slime-bag politicians (on both sides).
Someone needs to ship this fellow a case of Kleenex.
Looks like we need an alternative to this group. They are also pushing Common Core.
From 1969 to 1976 he was the US Official Deputy Assistant Postmaster General, where he helped "convert the Post Office from a government department into the quasi-private U.S. Postal Service." Back then, he told Newsday, "you could make a deal in the government.
Born in Brooklyn to a production manager at the American Can Company, Donohue was raised on Long Island and studied at St. John's University, before pursuing an MA in Business at Adelphi University (1965). His grandfather worked for New York City and was a member of the Tammany Hall machine.
"The principles we released today represent our good faith efforts to continue to work together to achieve comprehensive immigration reform. The fact that business and labor can come together to negotiate in good faith over contentious issues should be a signal to Congress and the American people that support for immigration reform is widespread and growing, and is important to our economy and our society. This is an urgent national priority and Congress should act accordingly."
Rule #1 when responding to ANY reporter’s question:
“Never accept the premise of their question!”
It means they’ve already written their agenda driven story and only want a sound bite from you, to pretend it was your idea.
Apparently, the Chamber of Commerce doesn’t represent small- to medium-size businesses, because the ones I work with are against national bankruptcy, which the Chamber’s leadership apparently supports.
Yes, that’s what the Republicans do in Washington. They are very sure that it is the right tactic in bringing the media to their side and winning elections
Many conservative pundits have the same advice, B Bennett, Ann Coulter, Mona Charen, Brit Hume, Greg Gutfeld, Andrea Tantaros, Eric Bolling, for instance, have all stated that the reason thee dis spun away from the favor they otherwise would have placed on the conservative position in the shutdown fiasco and favored the democrat position was the WAY Sen. Cruz went about it.
It’s a sure winning position, to sit down and shut up, though they haven’t actually said to do that, giving themselves cover. They do not say exactly WHAT tactic he should have taken.that they’re so sure would have won everyone over, including themselves, so we can assume it was to sit down and shut up
If the constitution does not trump politics in a fight, then the whimpering stage of the republic will set in
They should get away from each other and study the constitution some time, with regard to what is going on
Approval and friends in Washington are what break a good champion of the people and their constitution.

The more I see of the list of those who despise Ted Cruz, the more I think he’s on to something real good.
Ted Cruz is proving to be just about as good a “barometer” as Palin has been. Any time I see or hear someone disparage him, or roll their eyes at him, or demonstrate a subtle grimace at the mere mention of his name... and it’s clear that said someone is NO ally of mine, politically, culturally, or ideologically.
Chamber is pro-amnesty. They can shove it.
Chamber President should shut up and resign in disgrace.
He does not speak for business any more than the ABA speaks for lawyers.
