Health plans are sending hundreds of thousands of cancellation letters to people who buy their own coverage, frustrating some consumers who want to keep what they have and forcing others to buy more costly policies.
The main reason insurers offer is that the policies fall short of what the Affordable Care Act requires starting Jan. 1.
An estimated 14 million people purchase their own coverage because they dont get it through their jobs. Calls to insurers in several states showed that many have sent notices.
Florida Blue, for example, is terminating about 300,000 policies, about 80 percent of its individual policies in the state. Kaiser Permanente in California has sent notices to 160,000 people about half of its individual business in the state. Insurer Highmark in Pittsburgh is dropping about 20 percent of its individual market customers, while Independence Blue Cross, the major insurer in Philadelphia, is dropping about 45 percent.

Yep. Destroy the private insurers and force everyone onto government run health care.
The real numbers will be in the millions if two states total nearly half a million.
And that is just two companies in two states.
Neither do I. When I make a new acquaintance and find out they are liberal, I never take the relationship further than that.
Add in 800,000 for NJ. Will there be more than 7,000,000 effected? Looks like there might be.
Florida Blue was 300,000 alone?
0bamacare must have resulted in MIILIONS of cancelled policies, then.
The people will go quietly to their assinged cattle cars.
Look for Obama to once again play the part of the innocent bystander, saying: “Nobody is madder about this than I am.”
The dhimmis have organs and tissues for the staff
and families of Congress and Unions and Islam,
as the “law” reads, AND they will pay taxes,
as slaves with their children,
to give up their rights and tissues.
Great post. I remember back when that was first posted here a few years back. (and I have it saved) That one picture spoke VOLUMES at the time! (pun intended) But the country was already too far gone, even then. I think the sheeple slaves will not even start complaining until the FEMA camp gates are closed behind them. Useful Obamabot idiots! :((
My local paper cited a AP source claiming almost all of the people who signed Up in CT were elderly. They were worried that the might skew the “bell curve” needed to keep BarryCare afloat.
I have an unusually prescient grand-nephew who saw all this coming before Obama made his appearance. He had planned to be a doctor but seeing the writing on the wall, he shifted gears; he will receive his PhD in engineering next year. He told me that he had no intention of being a doctor employed by the government.
Back when I was speaking to libs I’d always get a “deer in the headlight” look.
The Obama media will blame Republicans and the Republican party is too stupid to capitalize on this cause they are too busy alienating Tea party/Conservatives

Why ObamaCare is a fantastic success
.in hundreds of articles and commentaries, that ObamaCare was never meant to help America, or heal the sick, or lower healthcare costs, or lower the debt, or expand the economy. The GOP needs to stop calling ObamaCare a trainwreck. That means its a mistake, or accident. That means its a gigantic flop, or failure. Its NOT.
Message to the GOP: This isnt a game. This isnt tiddly-winks. This is a serious, purposeful attempt to highjack America and destroy capitalism.
This is a brilliant, cynical, and purposeful attempt to damage the U.S. economy, kill jobs, and bring down capitalism.
Its not a failure, its Obamas grand success.
My liberal and progressive friends, do not want to hear about it.
Until it effects them personally, of course...
Until then, anyone that mentions these inconvenient truths is just a racist that hates the idea of a black president.
I’m keeping a running score of how many people say, “you mean I have to PAY for that?”
