A heavyweight rock crusher's disability claim is being slammed by critics as more mental than physical.
Glenn Taylor who infamously filmed his ability to knock over an ancient 2,000-pound sandstone with his bare hands filed a lawsuit claiming "debilitating" physical injury weeks before the stunt's filming, it has been revealed.
Taylor, seen destroying a 200 million-year-old goblin sandstone formation in Utah's Goblin Valley State Park last week, filed a personal injury lawsuit last month claiming to have been disabled after a car crash four years ago.

If he gives himself a mental disability that is in vogue right now, that won’t matter much when it comes to disability payments. BTW, we now spend more on disability payments than on welfare and food stamps combined.
Heh, I was just thinking how hilarious it would have been had the rock shifted the other way at the last moment and squashed this tool.
He needs to be introduced to the “Joys of Bustin’ Rocks.”
1. either he was too stupid/drunk to realize that the rock could fall in his direction, or
2. he was too fat to get out of the way if it did.
“””my sister 8 yrs younger than me is trying to get SS disability (49). just makes me sick to my stomach.””””
Does she pretend to have fibromialga? My wife worked as a processor for SS for a short time and everybody seemed to have it. She quit that department because it made her sick that she was forced to give SS disability to these people if they fit the criteria.
“Hes probably going to file with Obamacare to try
and get that new Hernia operation.”
He’ll get better health care in prison.
Lol
May the bird of paradise fly up his nose.
just makes me sick to my stomach.
Sounds like you could start collecting now too
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest his armpits.
I wonder if claims involving ergophobia are approved?
Exactly. And crushed him from the pelvis down, leaving him trapped for the next million years.

stooges!
May the rebels of his seminal vesicles instigate violence in his urethra.
First of all, the guy is a skumbag for knocking over that stone. For that alone, he should have the book thrown at him. There muse be a law to covers doing damage to traditional stone formations or other quasi monuments in our national parks. At the very least make the guy pay for restoration, and all his little chums pitch in to help.
I’m not some echo freak, but this angered me a great deal. What an idiot!
Now as for the physical activity. I don’t know this guy’s case. I do know that there is a big difference between being able to do one act of strength, and actually working for four or eight hours per day, five days per week, for 52 weeks per year, minus time off.
It would seem the guy is fit enough to work. He may or may not be.
I will say, this was one very stupid compromising act. It’s just amazing how stupid some people can be.

Buzzards gotta eat, same as worms.
