A stern President Obama lectured Republicans on Thursday, one day after they accepted a Democrat deal to end the government shutdown and raise the debt limit until Feb. 7—getting nothing in return.
The president suggested that the system of checks and balances invoked by tea party Republicans in an attempt to defund Obamacare is not what the Founding Fathers had in mind.
“Let’s work together to make government work better, instead of treating it like an enemy or purposely making it work worse,” Obama said. …

The crowd looked bored during the speech and not very chatty as they were leaving.
I don’t think that would be the poses assumed by many of the Founders, never mind certain Presidents. They would be way more confrontational.

Obama speaking to what the Founders intended is like the Devil speaking to Jesus in the garden. He himself is/was the proponent for change to to our Constitution. The guy is so full of contradictions that gullible people get sucked in by his African charm and wordy pitch. It has been a tough row to hoe to get people to see the guy for what he is.
If he tells you it's a nice day, wear night-vision goggles and a parka.

What do you figure that the Founders haunt and taunt this usurper by day and by night? The vacations are not only to waste taxpayers' money, but to escape the haunted halls and walls of the White Hut.

One nice thing about Obama, is that his presentation of a governmental system will be presented to the entire Creation as an example of the type of governance that will never be tolerated for all eternity future throughout the Creation for a righteous and just governance of any faithful persons.
I think he is just passive aggressive enough that he says this knowingly to tweak the very people it tweaks.
I have had 6 months of terrible service with my upgraded HDTV from Dishnetwork, after several visits by technicians and at my own expense I have tried to make it work, it simply refuses to work.
So why shall I spend money for HDTV if it fails to perform?
I do not want it anymore, so I call Dish and they are sending me a shipping box for that HDTV receiver, luckily I still have my old one.
Moral of my story, yes we can just decide to stop services, and that especially applies to any POTUS.We do NOT have to apply or enroll in Obamacare.
We are the umpire and we decide who plays.
Obama may not be particularly bright, but he is quite brazen with his lies.
This is what comes of "the Constitution is a living, breathing document" mentality.
