This is the extraordinary moment that Hillary Clinton's security staff got into an argument with a traffic warden after he issued her car with a parking ticket.
The Westminster City Council warden put an £80 penalty notice on the former US secretary of states silver Mercedes vehicle in Central London while she was attending an event at Chatham House.
The row was caught on camera on Saturday by photographer Greg Brennan, who said five of her guards were waiting inside a Mercedes van next to her car at the time because it was raining.

There’s a real “man of the people” for you.
Wait. What?
LMBO!!
Great picture!
She doesn’t realize her royalty does not extend beyond US borders. As for her SS minders...well, I used to respect them, but they’re just another bunch of FedGov thug-drones.
Sooo...... Hillary was
What was that? Another bottle of booze?
She and her husband have an estimated net worth of £35million.
Amazing, considering that they are just white trash from Arkansas

My thought was that she was accepting a recognized honor for their view of her during her tenure as SOS and she was attending as a former SOS so it would be State Department staff security.
“What difference does it make?”
*laugh* Thanks, mate. I was inspired.
