I owe my life to Maxwell AFB surgeons.
1) I was born there in June 1962 (breech)
2) As a newborn, on the drive home from the hospital I was seriously injured in a car accident. Thankfully, the surgeons at Maxwell were able to repair my shredded face.
God bless Maxwell AFB.
Evening, Lauren (& Kathy!).

Thanks, Connie, for the tributes to our troops. *HUGS*
You must have had a good commute...you were quick!
More rain this morning, some sun midday, and now dark clouds coming in again.
Good evening, Mac...*HUGS*...how was today’s commute after yesterday’s high? Legs recovering?
Not hearing anything good coming out of the area occupied yesterday. GRRR!!
More rain here...probably started by the time I get out to my car....shortly.
Chuck Yeager was one of my childhood heroes.
Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...good lessons today? Lynn-Dah enjoying life?
I am off for home.

Some very good lessons today.
Lynn-dah has gotten back ALL of her puppy-playfulness since her ordeal three months ago.
It was a rough ride, but we made it through together.
I remember the X-15, and how exciting that was!

God has a plan for you two, and it means being together!
Glad you has good lessons.
My day was wall to wall issues...but I was right on each one. A very nice feeling when people tell you, “you paid me wrong”.

Can’t say I’m surprised that your legs were wobbly....you gave them quite a workout yesterday, albeit a most worthy one.
I wish it weren’t so far away and I wasn’t caregiving.
I know the drill...my knees hold up for the need. But sit down or overnight....virtually non functional. Often at work I forget to get up and move around. Stand up, hold on to something, wait for the knees to get “oiled”, then limp up and down the hall til full function returns. Getting old is a pain at times.
God Bless you good, Mac. Good night and rest well.
Thanks for helping honor our troops, past and present.
Thank you for your service to our country.
Get some well deserved rest tonight, Conor.
