Al-Qaida and the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood met secretly last week in Jordan according to a source quoted by the Egyptian daily Al-Youm al-Sabaa on Saturday.
The meeting focused on the conflict in Egypt and Syria and an altercation broke out between a Brotherhood member and jihadist leader Mohammad al-Miqdad, and the latter asked the Brotherhood not to publicly denounce the actions of the jihadists.
The jihadists discussed their plans to start moving Syrian and Iraqi jihadists into Egypt in order to carry out terror operations there after the Eid al-Adha festival, which falls on Tuesday.

Sounds like a target rich environment to me.
Was Obama invited?
secret?
should be a crater on google earth by now.
This is impossible because the U.S. Commander In Chief is a Muslim Brotherhood supporter.
If the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda plot strategy together, does that make our President a Traitor?
Sounds like a place where our government would ask if they needs baby wipes for their bungholes.
Yes.

Yes, well, after all, these a$$hats are friends of the Obungler aren't they?
President Obama has decided to withhold a significant amount of military aid to Egypt.... Obama never cut off aid to the Muslim Brotherhood government of Mohammed Morsi, as Morsi tried to transform Egypt into an Islamist state. So its curious that Obama is now scaling back on aid to Egypt.
But cutting military aid at this time still seems like a very bad idea for several reasons. First, the regime is still in a serious struggle with the Muslim Brotherhood. In recent days, hundreds have been killed in violence sparked by the Brotherhood. The regime cannot be expected to become genteel in the context of such a struggle, nor should we want it to.
If O is a traitor, then those Senators and Reps who do NOT demand his impeachment and trial are also traitors.
No that is not true because: Treason doth never prosper: what’s the reason? Why, if it prosper, none dare call it treason.
Was jean francois there to negotiate?
Ooh, when did Syria get added to “topics”? Thanks opentalk.

Sen. Rand Paul is hammering his fellow senators for keeping billions in financial aid flowing to Egypt’s military — even as Cairo’s security forces massacre anti-government activists.
[by “anti-government activists” is meant church-burning jihadists]
