The GOP showed NO COWARDICE going after the children
of Gov. Palin for Romney (so he could run the NEXT time).
The GOP showed NO COWARDICE when it imposed by Romney’s fiat
both gay marriage and RomneyCARE/ObamaCARE/statism.
The odds are unlikely it will change.

Yup
Boner’s history.
Maybe Ryan and the other weasels think they can take over, but they’ll be leading a tiny, irrelevant, but noisy faction.
Either they adopt the Tea Party as the core of the institution or...they dry up and blow away.
Being the Sensible Surrender Monkey is not a leading policy.

Conservatives are expected to line up and support moderates when they win the nomination, as conservatives did in 2008 with John McCain and 2012 with Mitt Romney. But when a conservative wins, support is optional for the moderates of the party. This is happening today in Virginia, where conservative Ken Cuccinelli won the nomination that was supposed to go to moderate Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling. Bolling has pointedly refused to endorse Cucinelli, and according to some reports is preparing to endorse his opponent, Democrat Terry McAuliffe. I spit on them.

The Republicans have been dying for the last 15 years. The RINOs like the lime light but in the end they’re worst than the Democrats, pretending to be for smaller government. It’s time the conservatives acknowledge it and move on. We’d do well without the RINOs. Just look at Fox News.

I’ll stay registered R only to vote in primaries -— but I will set on my hands rather than support a RINO in the general elections.

The demise of the Republican Party would be the liberal's worst nightmare because the new party that moves in to fill the vacuum would be strong, determined and willing to stand up for conservative values.

President Reagan, unlike most of his Cold War predecessors, stated the objective clearly and simply: Heres my strategy on the Cold War: We win; they lose.
For me, that is the attitude we need to have during these very troubling times. “ We win; they lose.

Actually, the Democrats did a disappearing act first when the liberal socialists hijacked the party. The only Democrats left are John McCain and other assorted RINOs.
The Tea Party is made up of the remaining Republicans who believe this is one nation under God. The Judeo Christian God of the Bible. This is the party Reagan belonged to....the now-called Tea Party.

It may very well die, and good riddance, but the true Conservative party will rise to take its place.
