I just got a copy of Victor Klemperor's book "Language in the Third Reich". I've been thumbing through it and on one of the first pages I stopped at, it discussed "punitive expeditions" or some similar term. This was a political term, and could be operative at the level of a community organizer or at higher levels. The essence was that is was right, and good, and important to punish one's political enemies.
Not an America idea. But certainly a fascist idea.

This was a political term, and could be operative at the level of a community organizer or at higher levels.I heard a quote in Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, which was dedicated to Satan, "that you never have a "conversation" with your political enemy, you will humanize them if you talk to them. You must always demonize and ridicule your political enemy."
Interesting huh? He is still a community organizer running this country, not a leader, not a President.
