I live in a small Florida town with a steadily declining black population....because the fact that Obama killed small businesses and the construction industry (which hired laborers and semi-skilled tradesmen as well) and left a lot of these people without an income has made the younger ones simply leave. I’m not sure where they go.

Cities most likely just like people have always done. Unfortunately no better life is found there these days.

Their birthrate has dropped since the 1996 welfare reform; in my area I believe they (like whites) are simply disappearing via attrition.

They go to Chicago or Detroit and hang out in the hood learning the business of the street until they find their way to total government dependency, the slammer or the morgue.
