A semi carrying porta potties pulled up yesterday beside the WW II Memorial in Washington D.C.. The porta potties were donated by private citezens to help out the visiting veterans since the facilities are closed.
However, the park rangers turned the truck away and they were not allowed to unload. Michele Tennery witnessed this event and was astonished that the rangers could be so heartless in their treatment of the veterans. Michele added, The photos show the attempted delivery of Port-A-Johns by Dons Johns. The NPS Ranger would not allow the Port-A-Johns to be left at the WWII Memorial site on the grassy area (where the National Park Police have parked 10+ vehicles!). The NPS has not opened the bathrooms at this Memorial site so there are no open bathroom facilities onsite at the WWII Memorial.
Despite the actions of the park rangers a handful of porta-john were placed near the memorial overnight by private citizens.

What would Henry Bowman do?
Good old Henry.
Sounds like the actions of the Founders...
How many port-a-potties were on the mall for the illegal aliens?
Mark
“Govt officials with badges are NOT ALLOWED to cover them up. If you can only get a photo, record the date, time and place of duty/incident, and report it to the highest NPS official in the area, and
ASK YOU CONGRESSMAN/WOMAN AND SENATOR TO FIND OUT WHO THISE PERSON WAS AND WHY THEY COVERED UP THEIR BADGE? PULISH THE ANSWER.”
Good idea!
Also, make all communications in writing and insist that the official inform you of the disposition of your complaint.
Bureaucrats know they can be held accountable for the ignored illegal acts of subordinates. Rare is the ‘crat willing to risk his/her hide for a mere subordinate, so insist, in numerous letters if necessary.
They will respond.
When forced, that is.
The NPS is making a LOT of friends...
..... Even though we have had governmental shutdowns in the past with little or no repercussions ...... This Administration is attempting to purposely magnify and exaggerate the effects this particular Government shutdown in an attempt to put on display for the masses ....... What a world without the loving guidance and control that our compassionate blessed government, under the command of our dear leader, would look like and feel like if the GOP should ever again get back into power.
Coinsidence?

snickered and said ewwww
The NPS is securing their future.
That sure sounds like turf in my neck of the woods. I live on the Olympic Peninsula. Before I retired, I was, among my many duties, SAR Coordinator for my county and as such, I had to work with the park rangers on many occasions. I did meet a couple good guys, but your story doesn’t surprise me one bit.... they are very anal retentive and not at all very bright.
Going to be interesting Oct 13 ...if 50,000 show up
That IS a huge problem for Sunday’s events. Wonder what the event planners have in mind to address it.
I thought that State Firearm laws were now the effective rule in the NPs.
Hey, I’ve skied in the Olympics.....
the old men should do what the bums do....just go do it in a bush....
Zey vere chust followink oders!
We all know how well that worked out in Nuremberg in ‘45!
Many people do..... it’s quite beautiful on Hurricane Ridge. I live on my mountain at the foot of the Olympics, just below the Ridge and a bit to the east. ;>)
"What good fortune for the state that people do not think!"
Adolph Hitler 1933
When an opponent declares, I will not come over to your side, I calmly say, Your child belongs to us already... What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community."
Adolph Hitler Speech November 1933
We're getting close, people! Very, very close!!
these are weak small membered little men of no consequence without an original thought in their mealy wormed brains......may God have mercy on their souls....
