And with that one decision – restaurant owner Glenn Helseth joined the ranks of Americans who’ve decided to defy the strong-arm tactics of the National Park Service.
For the past 11 years Helseth and his wife have operated the Carrot Tree Kitchens Restaurant inside the historic Cole Digges House in Yorktown, Va.
At least 20 of Helseth's longtime employees are facing unemployment. They can’t make rent and some are faced with choosing between buying food or buying medicine.
The National Park Service owns and operates the building. So when the government shut down on Oct. 1, the Helseths were given 48 hours to pack up and move out.
The couple also owns a restaurant on Jamestown Island. They had to close that restaurant after the National Park Service blocked access to the island.

BHO2 is a malicious narcissist, a very cruel and deluded psychosis with which to be afflicted. He cannot tolerate losing without trying to cause as much suffering as possible for his opponents.
This is why he has ordered the military to cease certain payments to grieving families and priests to not perform mass. Oddly enough, the military is the only really Constitutionally required expenditures by the government. BHO2’s ire is aimed at conservatives who make up the majority of military personnel. This is not the thinking of a cool, sane individual.
Obamacare, or ADA if you prefer, is meant to collapse our economy and create an opportunity for Marxists to take over our government.
Obama doesn’t care about people or their human rights. He has an agenda that must be completed by 2014 or he will most likely be killed by his own Progressive puppeteers. The reason I’ve been saying that since 2008 is because it is true: if he fails, he has more value as a martyred black President that as a failed U.S.President.

I am not disagreeing with you on Zero. However, it is not solely his fault. Reid and those RINOS who voted for cloture also carry some of the blame. There is plenty to go around and about the only ones who are not at fault are the House GOP for once.
