Ok so allow me to break out my tin foil hat here...
There are two distinct possibilities from the knowledge that this guy is walking around not in disguise.. openly.
1) America is EXTREMELY weak. EXTREMELY weak. This guy isn’t scared of being tracked down/killed, etc.
2) Obama is in on the deception. Obama’s not after him. Hell, Obama may have been part of this whole scheme. Remember “I will have more flexibility after my election”

I’m walking around Moscow right now on google maps but still do not see the street with the 3 sheds pictured on the left with the blue sign across the street.

Once the IRS scndal erupted, Obama would have had every interest in trying to quash dissent by revealing that the NSA is recording every keystroke on every keyboard and listening to every conversation. He always likes to have outsiders take action to keep him out of it.
What better way to do this than by setting up a false spy to reveal all of this information, and then obtaining sanctuary in a communist country?

Maybe 30 years ago. Many things have changed in Russia. My aunt visited several times. They were pleased that Putin opened up the farms to visitors. Before that, you had to meet your relatives in Town and under supervision.
