Sure, theoretically you’ll be fined for not having insurance, but who cares? The fines for not having insurance are peanuts compared to actual insurance and Congress forbids the IRS from collecting the fines other than subtracting them from any refund you might get. So just make sure you never get a refund. Besides, if you don’t file taxes you don’t have to pay the fines anyway, and several groups are exempted from buying KommieKare based on religious grounds too, plus there are at least two dozen hardship grounds for not paying the fines as well.
KommieKare is a socialist’s wet dream come true: everyone gets everything for free and no one ever has to work to get it! So, take a chill pill everyone and enjoy the ride on the KommieKare train wreck express! (Just remember, you were warned but didn’t listen, oh, and not a single Republican in Congress voted for this monstrosity.)
