An active duty combat veteran is dead, a victim of black mob violence.
The soldier, who has yet to be identified, had been celebrating his safe return from combat and his imminent release from the military. He was walking to his hotel early Saturday morning near a Seattle area military base where KOMO-TV news picks up the story:
A group of men in a car drove by and someone inside shouted a racial comment toward the white soldiers, the Lakewood Police Department said.
One of the soldiers yelled back something about the suspects treating combat soldiers with disrespect, Lt. Chris Lawler said.
The vehicle turned around, and five black males got out of the car and confronted the soldiers, according to reports. As the verbal confrontation ensued, the driver of the vehicle realized the men were actually combat veterans and called his friends off.
While the men headed back to their vehicle, one of the suspects appeared to have bumped into the victim, witnesses say.
The soldiers saw their friend fall to the ground as the car sped away. The victim was bleeding profusely from a stab wound and died at the scene.
Police are searching for five black men who fled the scene in a midnight blue BMW-type sedan or VW Jetta-type car with four doors, tinted windows and stock rims and low profile tires, said KOMO.
The main suspect was wearing a hoodie.

This one point is a particular bone of contention with me, as regards the discourse on Free Republic.
There is a cadre of doom and gloomers on the site who incessantly post defeatist and demoralizing statements. They sap the spiritual strength and vigor of our people with their constant negativity.
It's a real problem, and ought to be dealt with by management, if we truly believe that we're in a fight to save our fragile, but beloved republic.
In a time such as this, such comments should be deleted, and serial offenders should be cautioned to police themselves. To let such comments stand unchallenged, is to encourage more of the same, which results in a general fatigue and malaise amongst the troops.
Those engaged in such incessant negativity may not realize it, but they're doing the work of the enemy.
“Pretty sure Roccus was being sarcastic there.”
Surely hope so. I’m not the sharpest tack in the box.
Did you see this one? The bikers who beat the father senseless were black... the newspaper ‘neglected’ to mention that fact...

If he was eating a child's candy - like Skittles - then he must be innocent. That's how it works, right?
there are video cams everywhere....I expect the cops to search and high and low and get these killers....I want them all in jail for life or death penalty...
its because whites follow the laws...no guns..no mean words...
“Those engaged in such incessant negativity may not realize it, but they’re doing the work of the enemy.”
Thank you for the reminder. I do however view this statement from a different perspective than most. “animated by the same spirit throughout all its ranks.”
It is my prayer that a “Spirit” of Peace & Love fill the hearts and minds of everyone at all times. Even when dealing with the fear and anger of aggression from others, it should only be done by confronting them with Love which at times may appear as “tough love.”
I have found that the power of Love is stronger than an atomic bomb and it is only the compassion of the holder that restrains destruction of opposition. Truly, a prayerful blessing to an evil person is like placing hot coals upon their heads.
Things are changing though as what we perceive as global warming is merely a result of the increased presence of the Divine burning off our chaff so that in the end, only the weeds will be burned. We are moving in the opposite direction for a short time to empty the old vessel, but soon we will be filling our vessels with new wine.
Blessings and “Thank You” for your comment.
OHHHHH, yes there are indeed.
