Over 2.6 million illegal immigrants reside in California and Gov. Jerry Brown is signing more illegal laws to give them the same rights as U.S. citizens. On Thursday, he signed a bill that will allow up to 1.3 million illegals up to obtain CA drivers licenses. Another bill signed by Brown prohibits employers to retaliate against workers because of their lack of citizenship. The CA Governor also signed the Trust Act which halts the deportation of illegals when arrested for minor crimes and prohibits law enforcement to contact I.C.E. agents. To add to the illegal bills signed by Gov. Brown, illegals are now allowed to practice law as well.
Reuters reported:
Illegal immigrants can be licensed to practice law in California under one of eight bills expanding immigrant rights that were signed by Governor Jerry Brown on Saturday. The California Supreme Court, which finalizes requests of applicants to be licensed as a lawyer in California, is now authorized to approve qualified applicants regardless of their immigration status.
Other new laws prohibit law enforcement officials from detaining immigrants based on federal government instructions except in cases of serious crimes or convictions, and make it illegal for employers to retaliate against workers on the basis of their citizenship.
While Washington waffles on immigration, Californias forging ahead, Brown said in a statement. Im not waiting.
Is Jerry Brown giving parts of California to Mexico? When will that happen? He is certainly paving the way for such action.
Big deal. They do everything else there so what is the difference here. I could care less what happens in Kalifornistan. If it broke off and sank in the Pacific, sooner the better as far as I am concerned.
So they can represent themselves and set themselves free of any laws broken, perfect!
There may a good side to this, he has turned California into the magnet state for illegal immigration.
The more that pour in, the more businesses and fed up legal citizens move out.
Stylized type, bold graphic symbols, snappy outfirs. Looks like Mexican Nazis.
So what’s the big deal? America has been run by an illegal for the past 6 years and he never had to pass any kind of test to get elected. Many American people seem to reflect the stupidity of those of Kalifornia.
They are the Brown Berets of Aztlan, and they are not joking.
Lots o CRIMINAL lawyers.
Somebody please remind me......why do we hire border patrol agents? Why is there a border? Why is there a need for having U.S. citizenship? I’m very confused???
Don’t worry, it’s bound to happen!

Just more illustration of what I started saying years ago, people who would have been confined in state hospitals for the mentally ill sixty years ago are now running the federal government and much of state and local governments.
On the other hand those who still hold the traditional values that made one a, “Pillar of the community”, the kind of person who would have been celebrated at a dinner held in their honor sixty years ago are now called “extremist”, “nutcase”, “heartless” and threatened with violence or even death by clowns who refer to themselves as “compassionate” and “tolerant”.
The Tea Party chose an unfortunate name in my honest opinion because the whole nation now looks too much like the “Mad Hatter’s Tea Party”.

The good news is legal services are available through online consulations with all the lawyers in India.
Cost of legal services is decreasing. Indian lawyers can pass the bar exam, join the California bar (and thus fund it) but will compete with Democratic lawyers for the available cases.
This will lead to an approximation of the British system whereby US based Barristers at great cost will represent actions in court, but largely foreign based Solicitors at much reduced cost will prepare cases and perform legal services or legal research out of court. It will remove much of the wealthy litigants advantage.
I think of myself as an undocumented border patrol agent and an undocumented police officer.
