I was one number away also, they made the final draw for the April draft. They never drew any more numbers that (long) year.
I think the military would have improved my later life. Not Vietnam though, which is where I would have been sent as cannon fodder.
We are all Vets now. Those who served and those who didn’t. We all must march with the same passion as the people of Iran, Egypt and other lands. Or have we lost that love of Freedom? let us go and tear down the baricades at all the Monuments, trails and others. It is our land not Obama/Reid’s. failure means we should stay at home—watch dancing with the stars, complain but do nothing as Obama uses his face on the flag—is permitted his 3rd Term, and we get Nancy P. as Speaker of the House again. Sit back like the “good” German’s as Hitler’s goons murdered their way across Europe. If we do that—we are as guilty as the Democrat—lock step followers in line for their free phones, cheeze, and other goodies. Enjoy your freedom until the chains are snaped on you!

What about local rallies of some kind? So many more could participate. I went in 2009 but my knee replacement surgery is set for November and I just can’t walk any distance right now.

Surely, Mr. Fast and Furious Holder thought this Amber Alert cancellation through and made an exception for Michelle Obama’s two darling children?
BTW, I wonder if Barry, General of the Senate Harry “Mean Ol’ Guy” Reid, and Colonel of her former self Nancy “Always in a fog” Pelosi realize that other Federal employees ALSO have young children that need to be protected by the National Amber Alert Program?
BTW, BTW, the boy-toy, wanna-be dictator Barry Soetoro, aka Mr. Michelle Obama, COULD order his personal Corporate Jet, Air Force One, to be mothballed, by Executive Order, of course. (He must have a few blank EO forms lying around his empty chair, or his Golf bag - - - ).
That simple gesture just might, could, show that Barry also “feels our pain.”
Barry could also BARRYCADE his own personal Golf Course, and BARRYCADE the Oceans, only on Federal land, of course. (Governors are so touchy these days about THEIR State’s shorelines)!

Will our sorry Congressional RINOs do their usual kid gloves, “boys will be boys” approach to Obama’s numerous violations of the US Constitution, or will they FINALLY draw up The Articles of Impeachment for B. Hussein Obama?
