Sharalee Rothenberger I've been stuck at the security questions since 9am on october 1st 88 · October 2 at 2:00pm

Tyler Edwards This whole thing is a scam. You're criminals forcing people to purchase something with the threat of prison or fines. Does anybody remember Hitler? You are cowards that hide behind a desk, and rob the American citizens blind of their rights and hard earned income. 196 · October 2 at 2:44pm via mobile

Tim Pierce if you're stupid enough to put all your banking information in to the federal governments computers you are definitely part of the problem 60 · October 2 at 4:41pm via mobile

Desiree Marie Veazey To everyone having problems, maybe God is trying to stop you from making a huge mistake. 128 · October 2 at 3:27pm

Bob Ventimiglia I don't have until then. Have to make decision by mid November whether to take a different policy with present insurance policy to pickup when Wife's policy expires and cannot be renewed since its not ACA compliant.

Here in Austin, TX have gotten to login screen three times today, wait is getting shorter, but am still getting a blank screen after getting a quick "authenticating, please wait" message at top left of screen, then nothing but a blank white page and no indication that the browser is waiting for the server to do anything. Attempts to refresh the screen sends me back to the please wait screen. 10 · October 2 at 2:10pm

Janette Hartman I can log in but then I get a blank page. Frustrating 10 · October 2 at 2:01pm via mobile

Miguel Angel Jordan I live in Florida have tried to fill my request to comply with the law and the system does not work. I want to have the opportunity to have the health plan but the system will not allow it. 10 · October 2 at 2:01pm

Amy Jones Stevens Still not working, Now I can create a account, confirm the account and try to log in and it says The information you entered isn't valid. Review this information. If you're having trouble, call the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596. TTY users should call 1-855-889-4325... However I am entering the correct info... 5 · Yesterday at 5:16am

Bob Ciavaglia Took me two days to get my info in and my account verified via an email link. Now when I log in it tells me the info is wrong. Very frustrated in Jersey. 65 · October 2 at 2:07pm

Aldo Suarez We can't upload documents..it will help and take people off the phones. 6 · October 2 at 1:57pm

Lorna Powell Meanwhile small businesses can't even hire employees because people would rather take the government handouts than work. I don't mind helping those who are disabled or unable to work but I have a huge issue with providing for the lazy. 54 · October 2 at 3:25pm via mobile

Cassidy White Would be nice if I could get past the Family & Household section of the application. I keep pressing Save & Continue but it won't move on to the Income section. You need to fix this. I've had to redo it 4 times now. 2 · Yesterday at 9:00am

Gwen Sutherland Now, the security questions populate but the system won't accept the answers. Probaby just another glich and I hope it will work soon. 2 · Yesterday at 9:00am

Icela Loza-Agreda I have been trying to help my mom. We FINALLY got an account. But now we can't log on! It sends us to a blank plage! 1 · Yesterday at 8:56am

Thomas Cunningham Only difference between Obamacare and the Titanic was they had a band. 51 · October 2 at 7:54pm

Steve Logsdon If you want an example of a government-run healthcare system, you need look no further than the VA. And for those of you pointing to the Universal Healthcare in European countries, you may want to look at what they pay in income taxes. 51 · October 2 at 2:44pm

Chris Coulson Matson Lauren, I'm so sorry you are dealing with this debilitating disease. You obviously haven't signed up and been quoted a premium yet. I heard from one gal her monthly premium was $597 and her annual deductible was $13,988. I wish you well with Obamacare. It's not the cure all you think it is. 107 · October 2 at 2:03pm via mobile

Glenn Geisler This is the most preposterous, Unconstitutional, disgusting piece of statist / socialist crap to ever be brought before what used to be honorable American Congress. It is a deprivation of LIBERTY. Since when do we live in a country in which the government tells us what we MUST buy, or fines us if we do not? AND THEN EXEMPTS ITSELF FROM IT??? OBOZOCARE WILL BE THE UNDOING OF THIS ONCE GREAT NATION!!!

Sasha Joy Amara I am a single mother of two, in school and working full time, living 75% below the poverty level, and I DO NOT qualify for a healthcare subsidy. Are you F'ing kidding me???? Where the HELL am I supposed to get $3,000 more a year to pay for this "bronze" health insurance plan!?!??? And I DO NOT EVEN WANT INSURANCE to begin with!! This is frightening. 95 · October 2 at 4:59pm

Andrea Walker Please people wise up and do not register on this website. 43 · October 2 at 2:49pm

Jill Randall Matthew Kennedy - your little story is the biggest load of crap I've read on hundreds of comments on this post. Your parents are starting a business with their savings? Give me a break! Within 24 hrs they are one of the few to not only access the ACA page, but to get rates that they are happy with & "saving money" with? I call bullsh*t! You're probably a hired government hand that trolls online making comments like these so that your fellow sheeples continue believing our gov't is doing anything BUT running this great country into the ground. 38 · October 2 at 9:21pm via mobile

Marianne Lessner Still can't get past Security questions... 27 · October 2 at 1:57pm

hahaha the amount of complete idiots on this page is amazing. People have been screaming bloody murder over aca its was too good to be true from the start. On the the bright side last year if you did not have health care because of the PRE-EXISTING condition next year you will be required by law to pay high price for it pay a tax for not having it.

This comment started with such promise...

When I answer the security questions, it keeps telling me there are duplicate answers, which is untrue.

When computers lie to me, well, that's where I draw the line.

Eric, if you don't want to pay car insurance don't drive, there's still a choice. Same with homeowners insurance.

James Old Gafney Why can't we see the plans and cost before applying? Is there a page for that? Trying to help someone apply and chat isn't working yet.

You have to buy it to see what's in it - didn't Pelosi say that?

I don’t think they all voted for it - some have had their hours or benefits removed in contemplation of Obamacare by their employer. That said, I bet a lot of Obami supporters are right gobsmacked about now.

I used the calculator to see what my premium would be if I needed the government insurance. Over $500 a month for a single person! The bronze plan would be $475! What a difference that would make to my budget. I hope I never have to deal with this crap.

Why not just link to each different insurance provider’s web site and let the professionals handle the details?

Gov't mandates for different states and incomes are all over the place and promise to be for some time.

Private companies are about making money. They will lose all kinds of money if they devote their professionals to getting involved in this boondoggle which the bureaucrats are just going to change and change and change for years.

The companies that agreed to be on the exchange already configured their plans to comply with the law. I find it hard to believe those companies couldn’t or wouldn’t have allowed sign-ups direct through their web site. Just like the IRS doesn’t let you file taxes on their web site, but they give you a list of approved third-party sites to do it on.

Good news from Healthcare.gov Facebook page:
We are continuing to experience tremendous demand in signing up for coverage on www.HealthCare.gov. Extra engineers are working around the clock to meet the demand. We have been able to cut the wait times by one-third, getting more people into the application and plan shopping process. We appreciate your patience and look forward to you getting quality, affordable coverage like Kathy did last night: http://hlthc.re/1buqPFb
So now, a three-day wait will only be two days. Yay!
