To: what's up

The companies that agreed to be on the exchange already configured their plans to comply with the law. I find it hard to believe those companies couldn’t or wouldn’t have allowed sign-ups direct through their web site. Just like the IRS doesn’t let you file taxes on their web site, but they give you a list of approved third-party sites to do it on.

Good news from Healthcare.gov Facebook page:
We are continuing to experience tremendous demand in signing up for coverage on www.HealthCare.gov. Extra engineers are working around the clock to meet the demand. We have been able to cut the wait times by one-third, getting more people into the application and plan shopping process. We appreciate your patience and look forward to you getting quality, affordable coverage like Kathy did last night: http://hlthc.re/1buqPFb
So now, a three-day wait will only be two days. Yay!
