WUSA TV, the local CBS station in DC showed a lot more of that Al Hurrah video, with audio. They were filming an elderly lady holding a cardboard sign walking toward their camera (apparently staged) when they saw the police action happening behind the woman holding the sign. They zoomed in on the action, ignoring the woman with the sign and captured the police in action. Looked to me like it was just a coincidence, they were in the right place at the right time.

I downloaded the youtube video and finally grabbed the frames I wanted.

I wish I could run the first image in slow motion so you can get a sense of the body language expressed by the cops that are reacting to the "Threat".

I'm working on that.

I know angles can be deceiving, however it looks to me that they see a threat on the passenger side of the car.

The second set of images, clearly shows a passenger.

That may be the reason LEO is not releasing any information about her. They may not want to tip off others.
They no doubt ran her plates as the pursuit was in progress and could start their data search immediately

Until we have evidence that she’s not completely innocent in this case - which would require a video of the initial confrontation that started the incident, that no doubt exists because that area is under blanket surveillance in every way possible - digging into the details of her life is inappropriate.

At this point, she’s just another citizen murdered by a police state whose official position is “comply or die” - no matter how small the issue at hand, they feel perfectly within their rights to kill someone over it.
