The teenage girl who was rescued after being kidnapped by her close family friend that killed her mother and brother has broken her silence once more, fighting back at critics who accuse her of acting strangely in the wake of the tragedy.

Hannah Anderson has tried returning to her earlier life as 16-year-old California high school student, but the memory of her abduction and the lingering questions about her brother and mother's murders continue to creep their way into her daily conversations.

If you’ve been cuffed there are usually bruises on your wrists.

Uhhh, so I’ve heard...

She’s an attention whore — she was only able to go a month without it.

Maybe, but I think she was in on it from day 1 and a willing participant.

She was probably a willing participant in the “kidnapping” but I’d wager she wasnt in the killing.

Don’t forget she did signal the people who ran into the two of them at that lake.

She does seem to have been addicted to attention, with all of her look at me, me, me-and are they ever going to search for the missing info about the murder and abduction?

Did one of the employees at Kreditbanken of Norrmalmstorg correspond regularly with the hostage takers? Did one of the employees text the bank robbers in advance a dozen times on the day of the robbery? I don’t seem to recall that happening...

She certainly wasn’t handcuffed when the hikers saw them on the trail. There were no bruises on her the day after her “rescue” when she was photographed getting out of the car in shorts, sporting a new cell phone and a fresh manicure.

How could she have been on her cell phone all that day, yet have it burned in the fire if she didn’t know anything?

Yeah, after being kidnapped, my family killed, my dog killed and my house burned to the ground along with everything I owned I’d be kissing a new bf, shopping for a new homecoming dress and smiling big for the cameras. Not. Any bets she wrapped DiMaggio around her little finger to do this because she was mad at her mother? Now it’s her word against, well, no one’s since DiMaggio’s not talking and the cops can’t see past her short shorts.

That didn’t happen with Patty Hurst, either, but like then, Stockholm Syndrome is going to be the raison du jour given for the girl’s behavior if an investigation finds her complicit and she hires an attorney...

And here I thought the article would have something to do with Scandinavian kids' clothes. My daughters love their catalogues.

“...her short shorts...”

This thread is useless without those pics.

'How do you know I wasn't handcuffed?' Hannah Anderson hits back at critics who questioned her.

I notice that she never actually answered that question or stated whether she was handcuffed or not???

I continue to hold reservations about this case, which saddens me. Really hope that the truth of truths is that she’s just an awkward, but innocent victim. We may never know.
