Two Obamacare Navigator groups went door-to-door in Florida on Tuesday offering to help the uninsured determine the proper insurance plan despite past assurances that going door-to-door would be inappropriate, according to Fox News.
Gary Cohen, director of the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight, testified on Sept. 19 that going door-to-door would be inappropriate.
They are going to be instructed by us, as part of our agreement with them, not to go door-to-door and I am confident, congressman, that they will obey that instruction Cohen said at the time.
In some places they were also providing Obamaphones
“Hi, I’m from Acorn and I’m here to help.”
I just got my driver’s license renewed in OH. They asked me to register to vote,
****
In Ohio, your voting record can be accessed by anyone from the Sec of state website.
It can also be accessed at findthedata.com which also gives your birthday.
Easy picking for the IRS!
For those of you who live in north Texas and are concerned about this article, the congressman whom Cohen was misleading is Michael C. Burgess from Texas' 26th District. The 26th District includes most of Denton County as well as large portions of Tarrant County, and a sliver of Dallas County.
His office number in DC is: (202) 225-7772
who said they would not be going from door to door?
They are the jobs created by Obama and of course they will continue to go door to door and get paid. Above the law.
Hey, are you interested in making LOTS of money? Have you ever heard of the AMWAY way?
Listen, how about I come over to your house for dinner one night this week? We could get together, and I could educate you on this fantastic way to make a ton of money. AMWAY isn't just an approach, it is a philosophy for life and success? Whaddya say?

I won’t answer my door. Sounds like Gestapo to me.
The Navigators have “Tip” jars on their desks so appreciative clients can express their thanks
” They asked me to register to vote, be an organ donor,...”
Michigan used to have an organ donor card they handed out with every new license. You filled out what if anything you wanted to ‘donate’ and stuck the peel-off sticker to the back of the license.
A few traffic cops got a chuckle out of the sticker on mine...donating my left nut.
Probably a month or two months ago, I received a notice from my insurance carrier informing that, for my benefit, they had contracted with a Company to send a nurse to my home to help me access and plan my medical needs, at no cost to me. And they closed with a “Please call this number to schedule an appointment.” I called the number and informed them that I did not need or want the assistance of a nurse and do not send one to my house. The lady on the phone responded with, “That is alright, you have the rest of this year and next year. After that such visits will be mandatory,” We both hung up our phones.
That sounds like those mandatory “home inspections”. Several threads on Free Republic on it.
Get off my lawn! Now! [clack-clack]
No Sh*t
Answer you door. Don’t hide.
Get in their face.
Push them off your property.
Call LE.
Put a shotgun out the door.
Answer the door naked.
Invite them in for sex.
Whatever it takes
Tell them you are shooting up heroin, and invite them in.
Also have a surveillance camera. Ask them all sorts of questions then send them to Brietbart.
