Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) sought to clarify comments he made in a testy exchange with a reporter on Wednesday, after conservatives pounced on what they portrayed as a serious government shutdown gaffe.

Thanks Harry for the reRATaclarification. For a minute there we thought you didn’t care if little kids died of cancer.

He’d let a kid die of cancer for a chance to stick it to Ted Cruz et el. Just like he is willing to send Millions to the Death Panels for Obama’s Signature legislative “accomplishment”.
He can retract and revise all he wants but Most of America watched him make the comments in real time during the dinner news cycle. He F$%&ed himself big time!
Check out the comments on his Facebook site.
His chickens have come home to roost.
Sorry Harry. No mulligans in politics. You said it. You can’t unsay it.

A done bun can’t be undone, Hairy. Not even the MSM can save your `rat a** this time.
This gaffe is about as good as it gets. We are never going to let go of this one. It is impossible to explain away. The words speak for themselves. This one will go viral
All departments should have separate funding bills. This omnibus crap has to stop.
> Looks like the Dems are having a little harder row to hoe blaming this shutdown on the GOP. :-)
Because their playbook and tactics are being made known to the public. The low-info voters eyes are being opened as the conservatives school them on their master’s tactics of deception.
Harry Reid thinks he’s going Bulworth.
Sen. Reid: “What right did they have to pick and choose what part of government is going to be funded?”
Well, that would be the U.S. Constitution, Sen. Reid;
“All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.- Article I, section 7, clause 1
And-
“No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of
Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.- Article I, section 9, clause 7
I understand if you are not familiar with it.
*Whoops! did I let that slip?
The end justifies the means. And most of their voter base don't have a clue that
they're supporting the party of Communism. They grew up and got into power from the 60's
The gull disarmed the ah. we need more attractive gulls asking the ?
Reid’s in luck - there is no bullshit story so stupid the press won’t buy it... IF it falls from the mouth of a democrat.
What do you expect from a guy who brags about being raised around whorehouses? He is simply crude...in many ways.

Actually Harry, it’s not technically a “right”. It’s an “enumerated power”. Governments don’t have rights, people do. Individual people. But you don’t get that, do ya Harry.
Couldn’t agree more. Too many agencies have behaved with nightmarish arrogance and violence towards good law abiding Americans. If agencies are funded separately, they should come under close scrutiny when the funds are being doled out when they have acted outside the law. I would like to see the Republicans take a lot of these agencies to task and now is the best time for it! The Democrats love abusing the little guy, they love having their foot on his neck. Make it painful for these agencies to ever consider their abusive tactics again.
