Curious how you deduced or concluded that this sad person had anything to do with the freeper lowbridge. Such an attack requires proof or it is gratuitous.
It’s a tragic story, and no this is not to excuse the doctor for his own evil act.

He isnt my brother. I have no relation to the guy. I posted it here on FR because I thought it would be an interesting and important story for people to know about
