Senate just came into session. Happily, Dingy Harry is sparing us any commentary early on this morning, as is McConnell. Debate goes until 12:10, at which time there is 30 minutes reserved for majority and minority leaders , then the vote. Will there be any more GOP intramural fireworks on the senate floor?
Exactly... it's so sickening.
Not a good idea, lets unelect him in the primary. We can do this.
I got it from Byron York’s Twitter feed reprinted on Breitbart.

I agree, I’m about done with being ignored. I live in Illinois, where I have more respect for my democrat congressman, than I do my Republican senator..
So you think Ted Cruz or any single Senator can force Harry Reid to put defunding back in after the Senate just voted to take it out?
No.
It goes back to the House. What happens there depends on House members and may the Lord help us, Boehner & co.
Boehner has already promised that the House will send back to Senate something other than what the Senate just passed.
Because Boehner does not have the votes to pass the Senate bill without depending on a bunch of Nancy Pelosi’s radicals to do so, and if he were to try that, he would be toast in the House.
And he knows it.
Stay tuned.
But Ted Cruz literally cannot do what you just pleaded with him to do.
Hillary will also have Bill tagging along on the campaign trail.
Many voters, sadly, think of him as a lovable rogue.
Agree.
But beltway jargon dies hard.
Just another hurdle we face.
I agree. I had such high hopes for her and for the state of New Hampshire (the closest we have to a Red State here in liberal New England - I'm in deep-blue CT).
Ayotte MUST be primaried. Surely the conservatives in NH can find someone better?
And exactly as Cruz predicted, and was demonized for saying.
The ball is in the house’s court, now...
yes the office boy for Corker assured me that he would but I told him to tell Corker to vote No on cloture first to which he acted like there was no such vote..
I got a run around
the boy kept taking big breathes and reading off to me the approved talking points about the No votes on ObamaCare but the cloture vote was never included....
It sounds like Ron Johnson voted yes or did not vote. Not listed.
These guys go to DC and get comfortable with the car and driver, flying first class, and all the other congressional perks. The only time they pretend to care is when they are threatened with a primary challenge, or when the their phones start blowing up ala Rubio..
Many voters, sadly, think of him as a lovable rogue.
Yup. And I hear this all the time in Connecticut and throughout the deep-blue northeast: "Well, the economy was going gang-busters when Clinton was president... remember? He was a GREAT president! Best president of my lifetime."
Makes me wanna puke! :-(
Delay it was always the “fall back” position.
Arguing that it was delayed for a bunch of Obie’s pals, and for political reasons before the 2014 election.
Therefore take the position that it’s delay, or nothing, and make the case solely around that idea.
I’m not an advocate, I’m just sayin...
RINO’s voting No on the final bill to cover their rear ends.
Which shows how the GOPE controls the party, the people no longer matter, it is what the RINOS in power want and whose turn is it.
Yep....
Again...theater...and it goes back to the House where Boehner can do what he does best...FOLD.
Does anyone believe anything different will happen? He'll FOLD. Game over. Raise a drink to get nickel and dimed even more in 2014.
Proud to Co-Sponsor Rand Paul's amendment eliminating ObamaCare exemptions for Congress.
The anger on his Facebook page is slowly rolling in. So he voted for cloture.

Yes and we wont forget they betrayed us on the cloture vote..
