Sources close to conservative television and radio host Sean Hannity tell Mediaite that last nights prediction by conservative radio host Michael Savage that he would be inheriting Hannitys broadcast slot on Cumulus-owned stations in the coming weeks comes two weeks too late. Sources say that Hannity wants out of his contract with Cumulus and, in particular, his professional relationship with Cumulus CEO Lew Dickey. In fact, he made the decision to move on some time ago.
LOL... Proving my point. It was a costume, dude. Seriously. Get over it.
What we need now in DC is some plain old ~competence~. We screwed ourselves by sidelining somebody like Giuliani. No... He’s not as conservative as me, but he’s a far sight better than most of what we have.
This is why we will lose (or have lost) to the liberals. They’ve been happy to gain incrementally over years... And we burn anybody at the stake that isn’t perfect. We’ve lost, and we deserve it. That goes both for the party and the country at large. The tipping point now is past and there is no saving us from the nanny state. The only way out now is going to be after the crash.
Regardless the fate of Hannity or that I tire of him on radio quickly, Cumulus destroyed talk radio in the DFW market when they took over several stations. The highest rated morning talk host gone, then moved to a Salem station.
A popular mid morning host gone from another station, Glenn Beck gone, Laura Ingraham gone, Savage gone, now back,
Bush’s brain got booted?
I give this a 7 on the honking hoot scale.
Cumulus Media - the folks that bring you Huckabee and Geraldo - http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2013/08/20/cumulus-already-lost-war-geraldo-huckabee
Exactly, after listening to a moonbat ramble on then Hannity parroting his talking points to them on and on I have to just change the station. I think he only let’s them on to give himself a spring board to launch into the talking points like a good little trained seal.
<....”Savage is a fake that makes conservatives look insane”....>
Well there are sure some of those out there who sound a lot worse..and they’re in Washington making a mess of things...
I just don’t take Savage that seriously......he’s sort of like slapstick comedy....which is why he’s more entertaining then anything else...and I enjoy that kind of entertainment from time to time.
As mentioned...I think people take him far more serious then he takes himself.....and they shouldn’t take him so seriously.
what proves your point? That people don’t like being insulted? Somehow that makes you right?
What a [non-expletive deleted] you are.
Nothing you say is correct.
“Competence” is a bucket of feces. I will not vote for LIBERAL REPUBLICANS, what part of that do you not understand??
Conservative is 1000% more important than “competence”.
I will not support or vote for a liberal even if there is an R next to the name [non-expletive deleted].
Ok, you got me on that..who is Moonbeam?
At any rate...the whole entertainment industry..and news agencies are pretty much sold out to the liberals one way or the other. ...you can hardly escape them today.
Heck I work for a company that Soros now has his dirty hands in....and they are pushing the Go Green junk as well.
So to try and escape them is impossible...I’d rather convert them! LOL...
I cannot stand Tamara Holder! She once made the most disgusting pro-abortion remarks and ever since I’ve realized how repulsive she is.
Jerry Brown who is now Kalipornia Governor.
Savage donated thousands to him when he ran for state Attorney General or some such post.
Now Hucklabee is one man that I can’t listen to at all!...just don’t like the mans style I guess...it’s like he flatlines everything with his dry humor.
Geraldo is another one you watch with the idea of being entertained....though he’s not at all ‘fun’ as Savage is.
I guess everybody has their reasons for listening to whoever they choose....but when I want news I plug into my computer and go get it...pundits not so much for they frame everything and twist most of it.
I haven’t actually determined which side of politics Savage is on....like with most things he’s all over the map on...so to with who he supports or not....I tend to think he picks and chooses without any particular party affiliations....and likely his reasons are all over the map as well.
Brown ..very bad for Californians... too bad for Savage he soaked money into the guy....but pretty much any in California who’ve run aren’t exactly the cream crop type...much like my state.
Good grief..what ever happened to men like Cruz!
It doesn’t matter anymore, sport.
We’ve passed the point of no return. It doesn’t matter how conservative our guys are. The liberals beat us, and they did it by being satisfied with small incremental movements to the left over many years. We wanted perfection all at once and never got it. They’ve won.
Once 51% of the populace can vote to take from the rest... It’s over. That has happened. Obama’s re-election is all the evidence you need. There is no solution for this. The only best hope is that something good will rise from the ashes after this country finally crashes into its socialist nightmare. Things will suck for a while. But maybe there will be something left over worth saving.
One theory is that savage had a personal dislike for Moonbeams opponent.
Who knows.
Savage is strange, he probably fits San Fransicko like a glove.
Men like Cruz avoid politics.
How long will Cruz be a man like Cruz in DC? How long before it starts to rub off on him?
Some days Savage shows up as a drugged out, screws-loose liberal depending on what side of the bed he got up on.
My feelings exactly. Listening to Savage is like walking around a mine field.
Disclaimer: Due to life and work, I haven't heard 100% of Lavin's shows, but I'd say I've listened to 75% of his on air broadcasts. And Hannity usually calls in late in the show when I'm on the road from work heading home.
This guy has more faith than you.
Too much Rove. Not nearly enough Tea Party guests or Reaganites..
Nothing but Bushies as guests. Conservatives are tired of him.
They’re all like Pepsi and Big Inc.,Donate to everyone and expect influence and support...I mean demand...
All the rodents scurry.
