“I have somewhat of an issue with a “talking filibuster.” Are there other kinds?
They have a fake filibuster for Senators too lazy to do it right. Basically, 60 votes must be rounded up or they don’t vote.
Cruz actually is doing it the correct way.

I took her response as a positive - she will run in 2016.
